Ngjarjet zhvillohen në tre kohë të ndryshme. Në fillim vritet Miti babai i Gjergjit të vogël në mbrojtje të tokës që arrin ta marrë beu. Pastaj bëhet protagonist Gjergji që ndeshet në mullirin e fshatit me forcat italiane ku vritet edhe beu edhe mullisi i fshatit. Në pjesën e tretë tregohet për reformën agrare dhe kthimin e tokës te djali i Mitit Gjergji.

English Synopsis: Three stories: Miti the father of little Gjergji is killed when he tries to defend his land which is taken over by the village bey. Then Gjergji becomes protagonist. He is involved in a clash with the Italian forces when both the village Bey and the village miller are killed. The third part focuses on the land reform and the restitution of land to Miti’s son Gjergji.
