Ishte momenti kur Per\u00ebndimi nuk e mati veten me interes, por me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi. Dhe pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, 24 Marsi mbetet nj\u00eb nga ato dit\u00eb kur historia nuk shkruhet me fjal\u00eb, por me vendime,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0shkruan Spiropali.<\/p>\n<p>Ish-ministrja e Jashtme shtoi se nd\u00ebrhyrja e NATO-s nuk kishte p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim vet\u00ebm mbrojtjen e nj\u00eb populli, por edhe ruajtjen e vlerave morale t\u00eb aleanc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c24 Marsi nuk i p\u00ebrket vet\u00ebm kujtes\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. I p\u00ebrket biografis\u00eb morale t\u00eb NATO-s. Sepse n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, aleanca nuk mbrojti vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb popull.
