Shqip\u00ebri nuk ofrohet sh\u00ebrbimi psiko-social, arrin n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim Kontrolli i Lart\u00eb i Shtetit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Edhe pse sh\u00ebrbimi psikologjik ka nisur n\u00eb shkolla q\u00eb prej vitit 2004, ende pas mbi dy dekadash sh\u00ebrbimi i zgjeruar n\u00eb psiko-social nuk mbulon plot\u00ebsisht me punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb gjith\u00eb institucionet arsimore duke i trajtuar nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pabarabart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nga auditimi i Kontrollit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Shtetit n\u00eb sistemin arsimor parauniversitar p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs 2020 deri n\u00eb 2024 rezulton se ndon\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb shtuar numri i punonj\u00ebsve psiko-social n\u00eb 824, nuk garantohet sh\u00ebrbimi psiko-social gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit n\u00eb shkolla, p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb mjedis m\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt dhe mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuar nuk p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimin si\u00e7 e k\u00ebrkon ligji.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cPrej 1356 shkollave n\u00eb vend, rreth 1\/4 e tyre ose 334 shkolla nuk kan\u00eb mbulim me punonj\u00ebs social\u00eb apo psikolog\u00eb, ose rreth 92,991 nx\u00ebn\u00ebsish t\u00eb cil\u00ebve nuk u \u00ebsht\u00eb ofruar mb\u00ebshtetja e nevojshme psiko-sociale. \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Kabinetet dhe mjetet ndihm\u00ebse mungojn\u00eb, por, dhe kur ato gjenden, n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb rasteve nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb dedikuara p\u00ebr specialist\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij sh\u00ebrbimi. Megjith\u00ebse nd\u00ebr vite jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb hapa p\u00ebr rritjen e numrit t\u00eb stafit, sh\u00ebrbimi nuk e p\u00ebrmbush ende funksionin e tij n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb cil\u00ebsore\u201d, KLSH.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Mbulimi i cunguar evidentohet kryesisht n\u00eb jug t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb edhe n\u00eb periferi, ku gjat\u00eb monitorimit konstatohet se pa sh\u00ebrbimin psiko-social jan\u00eb 8 shkollat e zyr\u00ebs arsimore Finiq Dropull. Gjendja paraqitet m\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, edhe n\u00eb ZVA e Selenic\u00eb dhe Tepelen\u00eb \u2013Memaliaj ku p\u00ebr 32 shkolla \u00ebsht\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebs p\u00ebr secilin sh\u00ebrbim.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cN\u00eb rang vendi mesatarisht nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebs i sh\u00ebrbimit psiko\u2013social mbulon 1.7 shkolla . N\u00eb nivel Drejtorie Rajonale Arsimore,\u00a0 situata paraqitet m\u00eb problematike n\u00eb DRAP-in e Fierit dhe at\u00eb t\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00ebs, ku nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebs i sh\u00ebrbimit psiko\u2013social mbulon respektivisht 2.6 shkolla n\u00eb Fier dhe 2 shkolla n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Situata paraqitet m\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb DRAP \u2013 in e Durr\u00ebsit dhe at\u00eb t\u00eb Lezh\u00ebs.
