Dy sektor\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikuar nga ndryshimet klimatike jan\u00eb bujq\u00ebsia dhe turizmi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single_article_body\">\n<div class=\"article-body\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/shqiptarja.com\/tag\/11044\">Ndryshimet klimatike<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>dhe<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/shqiptarja.com\/tag\/1164\">ngrohja globale<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>pritet t\u00eb sjellin temperatura ekstreme t\u00eb larta edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb shpeshta n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri n\u00eb 10-vje\u00e7arin e ardhsh\u00ebm, duke e shtuar rrezikun p\u00ebr zjarre, por nga ana tjet\u00ebr edhe reshjet intensive t\u00eb papritura q\u00eb shtojn\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytjet<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb \u2018Planin Komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr P\u00ebrshtatjen ndaj Ndryshimeve Klimatike 2026-2036\u2019 t\u00eb hartuar nga<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/shqiptarja.com\/tag\/63945\">ministria e Mjedisit<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>thuhet se klima k\u00ebrc\u00ebnon komunitetet dhe infrastruktur\u00ebn, ndaj duhen masa urgjente n\u00eb disa sektor\u00eb t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb, nga bujq\u00ebsia, turizmi, transporti, energjia apo zhvillimi urban, n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt Shqip\u00ebria mund t\u00eb humbas\u00eb 7% t\u00eb Prodhimit Komb\u00ebtar nga mos-reagimi n\u00eb koh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCenueshm\u00ebria e popullsis\u00eb shqiptare ndaj fatkeq\u00ebsive natyrore p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsohet nga varf\u00ebria, infrastruktura me cil\u00ebsi t\u00eb ul\u00ebt, nd\u00ebrtimet e pakontrolluara dhe nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb faktor\u00ebsh mjedisor\u00eb t\u00eb ndikuar nga njeriu, q\u00eb nga shpyll\u00ebzimi i shpejt\u00eb, menaxhimi i dob\u00ebt i baseneve ujore, degradimi n\u00eb rritje i tok\u00ebs e deri te ndotja mjedisore\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb planin e ministris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar humbje n\u00eb p\u00ebrmasa t\u00eb tilla, nevojiten investime 9.8 miliard\u00eb dollar\u00eb, n\u00eb sisteme kullimi, argjinatura, rezervuar\u00eb, teknologji mbrojt\u00ebse ndaj ngjarjeve ekstreme, apo n\u00eb ngritje t\u00eb sistemeve t\u00eb informacioni.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu do t\u00eb investohet n\u00eb ripyll\u00ebzim n\u00eb shkall\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb, n\u00eb ngritjen e planeve t\u00eb emergjencave, gjelb\u00ebrimin urban, rivendosjen e nj\u00eb brezi t\u00eb gjelb\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb bregdetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur tok\u00ebn nga erozioni apo investime n\u00eb mbrojtjen e infrastruktur\u00ebs energjetike apo p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e operacioneve t\u00eb hidrocentraleve.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto investime thuhet n\u00eb dokument jan\u00eb t\u00eb domosdoshme pasi Shqip\u00ebria ka humbur 2.3 miliard\u00eb dollar\u00eb n\u00eb 3 dekada prej fatkeq\u00ebsive natyrore. Fatkeq\u00ebsia m\u00eb e af\u00ebrt \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo e t\u00ebrmetit t\u00eb n\u00ebntorit 2019, me 51 viktima dhe 200 mij\u00eb banor\u00eb t\u00eb prekur, e me kontribut negativ n\u00eb ekonomi me 7.5%.<\/p>\n<p>Sektor\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikuar nga ndryshimet klimatike jan\u00eb bujq\u00ebsia dhe turizmi. Sipas planit sektori bujq\u00ebsor q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kryesor n\u00eb ekonomin\u00eb e vendit mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me r\u00ebnie t\u00eb prodhimit, tkurrje t\u00eb tokave t\u00eb mbjella e munges\u00eb vaditje.<\/p>\n<p>Po k\u00ebshtu edhe turizmi bregdetar, atraksioni kryesor n\u00eb vend, \u00ebsht\u00eb ekspozuar ndaj p\u00ebrmbytjeve dhe erozionit t\u00eb plazheve, nd\u00ebrsa ndryshimet n\u00eb modelet e temperatur\u00ebs dhe reshjeve mund t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb edhe turizmin malor.
