Me k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim student\u00ebt organizuan bllokimin e urave, rrug\u00ebve dhe rreth-rrotullimeve n\u00eb Podgoric\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb student\u00ebve, qytetar\u00ebt organizuan bllokime t\u00eb rrug\u00ebve edhe n\u00eb gjasht\u00eb qytete t\u00eb tjera malazeze, n\u00eb Cetin\u00eb, Kotorr, Tivar, Budva, Nikshiq dhe Herceg Novi.<\/p>\n
Kryeministri i Malit t\u00eb Zi, Milojko Spaji\u00e7 tha se i respekton k\u00ebrkesat e student\u00ebve, por dor\u00ebheqjen e zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb siguris\u00eb, po si\u00e7 tha ai e konsideron si veprim moral t\u00eb tyre dhe jo t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb q\u00eb e udh\u00ebheq.<\/p>\n
\u201cNe seriozisht i marrim t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebrkesat e student\u00ebve. Un\u00eb i kam ftuar n\u00eb bisedime organizator\u00ebt e protestave, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ata i refuzuan. Dor\u00ebhqjet e k\u00ebrkuara m\u00eb tep\u00ebr jan\u00eb akt moral i personave n\u00eb fjal\u00eb dhe kjo gj\u00eb ska t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me qeverin\u00eb malazeze\u201d, tha kryeministri Spaji\u00e7.<\/p>\n
Ai po ashtu tha se \u201cdor\u00ebheqja \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb akt i p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb morale dhe objektive\u201d dhe se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Qeveris\u00eb jan\u00eb \u201ct\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruar ndaj ndryshimeve pas nj\u00eb analize t\u00eb performanc\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre\u201d.<\/p>\n

Sllogani \u201c23 minuta zhurm\u00eb\u201d i referohet 23 viktimave n\u00eb dy ngjarjet e kryera n\u00eb gati tre vitet e fundit n\u00eb qytetin e Cetin\u00ebs, 30 kilometra larg\u00eb Podgoric\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
