Gjat\u00eb periudhave t\u00eb hershme historike Tivarin e kan\u00eb p\u00ebrshkuar mbret\u00ebr e qeveri t\u00eb shumta. Kurse, prej vitit 1042, bie n\u00ebn qeverisjen Shqiptare te Dokleas, q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1077 fitoi kuror\u00ebn mbret\u00ebrore. Nd\u00ebrmjet vitit 1166 dhe 1183, s\u00ebrish kthehen Shqiptaret me seli Bizantin, kurse prej vitit 1183 e deri n\u00eb vitet e gjasht\u00ebdhjeta t\u00eb shekullit XIV-t\u00eb, kur kalon n\u00eb duart e Ballshajve, Tivari hynte n\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebrjen e shtetit Shqiptar te mbretit Gjergj Strez Ballsha. Gjat\u00eb gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb shekullin XV-t\u00eb, ka ndrruar shum\u00eb sundues, deri n\u00eb vitin 1443, e marrin Venedikasit\/Venezia. N\u00eb vitin 1465, Tivari bie n\u00eb duart e fiseve Shqiptare, q\u00eb vran\u00eb eprorin Venedikas. Faza e fundit e qeversisjes Venedike, hyn\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur Osman\u00ebt marrin Shkodr\u00ebn m\u00eb 1478, sa q\u00eb edhe vet\u00eb qyteti i Tivarit bie n\u00ebn sundimin e tyre, n\u00eb ver\u00ebn e vitit 1571. Sundimi Otoman zgjat deri me 1878 kur e marrin Malazezet.
\nNga Gjansone, Tivari p\u00ebrshkruhet se e ka marr\u00eb em\u00ebrtimin \u201cAnti(b)var\u201d nga vet\u00eb fakti se gjendet p\u00ebrball\u00eb fortes\u00ebs s\u00eb Barit, n\u00eb bregdetin e Mbret\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Napolit. Esht\u00eb pra Tivari p\u00ebrball\u00eb Barit t\u00eb Puljes, i vendosur buz\u00eb Adriatikut n\u00eb nj\u00eb mal t\u00eb rrethuar me ullishta dhe ka br\u00ebnda mureve 500 zjarre.<\/span><\/p>\n
