Bardhi tha se mocioni i opozit\u00ebs bazohej n\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna konkrete t\u00eb raporteve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, por shtoi se deputet\u00ebt socialist\u00eb zgjodh\u00ebn t\u00eb mos caktonin nj\u00eb dat\u00eb sepse sipas tij, po tentojn\u00eb t\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cKonferenca e kryetare\u00ebve ka refuzuar n\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb kushtetut\u00ebs dhe rregullores p\u00ebr t\u00eb caktuar nj\u00eb dat\u00eb p\u00ebr zhvillimin e mocionit t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar nga grupi parlamentar i PD p\u00ebr nj\u00eb debat sa i takon fenomenit t\u00eb shitjes, prodhimit t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebs narktoike. Mocioni yn\u00eb bazohej n\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna konkrete t\u00eb raporteve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare q\u00eb e listojn\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb vendeve problematike qoft\u00eb sa i p\u00ebrket prodhimit t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve narkotike por edhe si rrug\u00eb traziti p\u00ebr transportin e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve narkotike, ishte totalisht i bazuar n\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn q\u00eb opozita ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar mosione t\u00eb tilla. Por ashtu si opinioni publik \u00ebsht\u00eb njohur dit\u00ebt e shkuara, kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr drog\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve u shkon mendja tek Olsi Rama edhe koleg\u00ebve u shkon n\u00eb mendje ai em\u00ebr dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb shkrijn\u00eb Kuvendin, rregulloren dhe kushtetut\u00ebn, si\u00e7 shkrin\u00eb jav\u00ebn e shkuar p\u00ebr llogari t\u00eb Xha\u00e7k\u00ebs, Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese\u201d-<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>tha Bardhi.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb tej ai shtoi se do t\u2019i q\u00ebndronin k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs p\u00ebr mocion dhe se e vetmja kompetenc\u00eb e kryeparlamentares, Lindita Nikolla \u00ebsht\u00eb caktimi i nj\u00eb date p\u00ebr mocionin.<\/p>\n

\u201cPa dyshim q\u00eb ne do i q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb mocionit q\u00eb kemi paraqitur, \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejt\u00eb e deputet\u00ebve ty\u00eb opozit\u00ebs.
