Agresivitetin e disa individ\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebve u mungon \u00e7do lloj ekspertize e profesionalizmi n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e gjuh\u00ebsis\u00eb, por q\u00eb pretendojn\u00eb se kan\u00eb monopolin e s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs, e tolerojn\u00eb dhe e ushqejn\u00eb drejtues emisionesh televiziv\u00eb q\u00eb i popullarizojn\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm duke i ftuar vazhdimisht n\u00eb studiot e tyre, por edhe duke i p\u00ebrkrahur n\u00eb idet\u00eb e tyre halu\u00e7inante. Ky agresivitet ka sjell\u00eb stepjen e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb mendimit t\u00eb nj\u00ebmendt\u00eb shkencor n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb, pasi ndaj k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb fundit nuk kursehen shpifje, sharje e deri k\u00ebrc\u00ebnime. Studimi i vjet\u00ebrsis\u00eb s\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe nuk mund t\u2019u lihet pseudoalbanolog\u00ebve, etimolog\u00ebve t\u00eb improvizuar, pik\u00ebpamjet e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve s\u2019do t\u00eb pranoheshin nga asnj\u00eb forum shkencor brenda e jasht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Liri e medias nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb munges\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsie n\u00eb media. Duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb jehon\u00eb gjithfar\u00eb \u201czbulimesh\u201d lidhur me vjet\u00ebrsin\u00eb e shqipes, disa kanale televiziv\u00eb kan\u00eb ngjallur nj\u00eb histeri nacionalizmi q\u00eb u siguron \u201czbuluesve\u201d mij\u00ebra p\u00eblqime n\u00eb portalet e tyre. N\u00eb fakt, shkenca nuk krijon dot turm\u00eb ndjek\u00ebsish, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 se n\u00eb regjime totalitar\u00eb, kur p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr propagand\u00eb. Dhe shkenc\u00ebtar\u00ebt, n\u00eb k\u00ebrkimet e tyre shkencore e n\u00eb ballafaqimet mes tyre, nuk p\u00ebrdorin gjuh\u00eb agresive e fyese, por argumente shkencor\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Kjo gjendje, pra sulmi i pseudoshkenc\u00ebs ndaj shkenc\u00ebs s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, duhet konsideruar nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje komb\u00ebtare shum\u00eb serioze, dhe nj\u00eb problem q\u00eb u shtohet problemeve t\u00eb tjera me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ndeshet vendi yn\u00eb; ajo krijon e shton mosmarr\u00ebveshje e dasi krejt t\u00eb panevojshme e d\u00ebmprur\u00ebse mes bashkatdhetar\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n
Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr detyrim i AMA-s, i p\u00ebrcaktuar n\u00eb statutin e k\u00ebtij autoriteti, \u00ebsht\u00eb moslejimi i konflikteve nd\u00ebretnike n\u00eb emisionet televizive. Ky detyrim duket se nuk zbatohet si duhet kur lejohen t\u00eb paraqiten si t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta t\u00eb dh\u00ebna historike q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb baz\u00eb lidhur me prejardhjen e shqiptar\u00ebve e t\u00eb fqinj\u00ebve tan\u00eb, si\u00e7 ndodh kur vendeve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb u mohohen kombi, historia, gjuha.<\/p>\n
As standardi letrar i shqipes nuk respektohet n\u00eb mediat tona. Natyrisht, ky detyrim duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebr drejtuesit e emisioneve, p\u00ebr fol\u00ebsit e lajmeve, p\u00ebr njoftime me karakter zyrtar dhe jo p\u00ebr let\u00ebrsin\u00eb artistike, jo p\u00ebr k\u00ebng\u00ebt, jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb ftuarit.<\/p>\n
P\u00ebr t\u2019i v\u00ebn\u00eb fre k\u00ebsaj gjendjeje shqet\u00ebsuese, sugjerojm\u00eb:<\/p>\n
(a) T\u00eb merren masat e duhura q\u00eb AMA t\u00eb kryej\u00eb detyr\u00ebn e saj p\u00ebr kontrollin e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb emisioneve n\u00eb mediat tona;<\/p>\n
(b) Burimet dhe studimet shkencore t\u00eb identifikohen e t\u00eb prezantohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha raportimet shkencore;<\/p>\n
(c) N\u00eb emisionet televizive t\u00eb flitet me nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb kuptueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb shpjeguar terminologjin\u00eb shkencore p\u00ebr audienc\u00ebn e gjer\u00eb;<\/p>\n
(\u00e7) Ministria e Arsimit t\u00eb mos lejoj\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit t\u2019u m\u00ebsojn\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve e student\u00ebve teori t\u00eb pamiratuara nga shkenca;<\/p>\n
(d) Qeveria, e s\u00eb pari ministria e Arsimit, t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb agjend\u00eb p\u00ebr ngritjen e nivelit kulturor t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve, q\u00eb k\u00ebta t\u00eb mos bien pre e gjithfar\u00eb teorish antishkencore.<\/p>\n
