Festivali quhet \u201cSurva\u201d, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe emri i k\u00ebtij zakoni t\u00eb lasht\u00eb, i ruajtur n\u00eb fshatrat dhe qytetet e Bullgaris\u00eb Per\u00ebndimore.
