Pra, ata sugjerojn\u00eb t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoni vez\u00ebn tuaj t\u00eb m\u00ebngjesit me nj\u00eb grusht arra, pasi sipas tyre, vet\u00ebm 25-28 gram\u00eb arra mund t\u00eb zvog\u00ebloj\u00eb rrezikun e sulmit n\u00eb zem\u00ebr, goditjes n\u00eb tru dhe vdekjes nga k\u00ebto shkaqe.<\/p>\n<p><em>Pavar\u00ebsisht n\u00ebse pretendimet se vez\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme pasi rrisin kolesterolin dhe rrezikun kardiovaskular jan\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta, ka shum\u00eb prova shkencore q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin se arrat ulin nivelet e kolesterolit, duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb ato nj\u00eb alternativ\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe t\u00eb sigurt p\u00ebr m\u00ebngjes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Studiuesit arrit\u00ebn n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim si pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb rishikimi t\u00eb madh shkencor q\u00eb hetoi se si ushqimet me baz\u00eb bimore mund t\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb n\u00eb reduktimin e rrezikut t\u00eb s\u00ebmundjeve kardiovaskulare, diabetit t\u00eb tipit 2 dhe vdekjes s\u00eb hershme, kur ato preferohen mbi ushqimet me baz\u00eb shtazore. Rezultatet treguan nuk kishte asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrfitim nga z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimi i peshkut dhe ushqimeve t\u00eb detit me opsione me baz\u00eb bimore.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu nuk pati asnj\u00eb prov\u00eb q\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimi i produkteve t\u00eb qum\u00ebshtit mund t\u00eb reduktonte rrezikun e s\u00ebmundjeve kardiovaskulare, por z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimi i tyre me arra shoq\u00ebrohej me nj\u00eb reduktim shum\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl t\u00eb rrezikut t\u00eb vdekjes s\u00eb parakohshme.<\/p>\n<p><em>Sidoqoft\u00eb, rishikimi shkencor nxori n\u00eb pah p\u00ebrs\u00ebri p\u00ebrfitimet e provuara t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimit t\u00eb mishit t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuar me opsione m\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme. Konkretisht, ekipi hulumtues tregoi se njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuan 50 gram mish t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuar (dmth nj\u00eb salsi\u00e7e ose dy copa proshut\u00eb) me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn sasi bishtajore, si thjerr\u00ebzat, qiqrat dhe fasulet, pat\u00ebn 23% m\u00eb pak rrezik p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvilluar s\u00ebmundje kardiovaskulare (sulm n\u00eb zem\u00ebr, goditje n\u00eb tru, s\u00ebmundje koronare t\u00eb zemr\u00ebs) ose vdekje prej saj dhe rrezik m\u00eb i ul\u00ebt 27% n\u00ebse han\u00eb 28 deri n\u00eb 50 gram arra n\u00eb vend t\u00eb mishit t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuar.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Reduktimi m\u00eb i madh i rrezikut t\u00eb s\u00ebmundjeve kardiovaskulare (36%) u pa te njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuan 50 gram mish t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuar n\u00eb dit\u00eb me 30 gram drith\u00ebra t\u00eb plota, theksoi analiza. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, nd\u00ebrrimi i 50 gram\u00ebve t\u00eb mishit t\u00eb shpend\u00ebve, ekuivalent me rreth 1\/3 e gjoksit t\u00eb pul\u00ebs, p\u00ebr 30 gram drith\u00ebra n\u00eb dit\u00eb u shoq\u00ebrua me nj\u00eb rrezik 13% m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb diabetit t\u00eb tipit 2. S\u00eb fundi, reduktimi m\u00eb i madh i rrezikut t\u00eb vdekjes s\u00eb parakohshme (21%) u vu re kur mishi i p\u00ebrpunuar u z\u00ebvend\u00ebsua me arrat.<\/p>\n<p>Studiuesja Dr Sabrina Schlesinger nga Qendra Gjermane e K\u00ebrkimit t\u00eb Diabetit komentoi gjetjet e hulumtimit: Shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz e nisin dit\u00ebn e tyre me nj\u00eb vez\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00ebngjes, por rezultatet e k\u00ebsaj analize tregojn\u00eb se mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb ta z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoni at\u00eb me ushqime me origjin\u00eb bimore.<\/p>\n<p>Ekzistojn\u00eb gjithashtu prova q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimi i mishit t\u00eb shpend\u00ebve me ushqime me baz\u00eb bimore, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat p\u00ebr qum\u00ebshtin mbeten t\u00eb pamjaftueshme.
