Gjat\u00eb intervist\u00ebs, ai konfirmoi se po punohet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb Kod t\u00eb ri Penal modern. Po punohet p\u00ebr leht\u00ebsimin e k\u00ebtij kodi. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pun\u00eb e mir\u00eb e b\u00ebr\u00eb nga Ministria e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb jet\u00eb pjes\u00eb e diskutimit publik.
