Njer\u00ebzit mendojn\u00eb se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb Banjsk\u00ebs, por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ashtu. P\u00ebr ne ishte e tmerrshme n\u00eb aspektin taktik dhe prodhoi pasoja t\u00eb caktuara, por n\u00eb kuptimin strategjik, q\u00ebllimi i vet\u00ebm i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb ne ta njohim Kosov\u00ebn\u201d, tha Vu\u00e7i\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>Serbia i ka mohuar akuzat e Kosov\u00ebs se tentoi ta \u201caneksoj\u00eb veriun e Kosov\u00ebs\u201d kur nj\u00eb grup serb\u00ebsh t\u00eb armatosur e sulmuan Policin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs m\u00eb 24 shtator n\u00eb fshatin Banjsk\u00eb t\u00eb Zve\u00e7anit, duke e vrar\u00eb rreshterin Afrim Bunjaku.<\/p>\n<p>Pas takimit me Vu\u00e7i\u00e7in, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi special i Bashkimit Evropian p\u00ebr dialogun nd\u00ebrmjet Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb, Mirosllav Laj\u00e7ak, e p\u00ebrs\u00ebriti se sulmuesit e policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Banjsk\u00eb duhet t\u00eb sillen para drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe se incidenti duhet t\u00eb hetohet t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht, si dhe i k\u00ebrkoi Serbis\u00eb t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunoj\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje.<\/p>\n<p>Emisar\u00ebt per\u00ebndimor\u00eb i k\u00ebrkuan Prishtin\u00ebs dhe Beogradit gjat\u00eb takimeve t\u00eb s\u00eb shtun\u00ebs me kryeministrin e Kosov\u00ebs Albin Kurti n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, dhe presidentin serb Vu\u00e7i\u00e7 n\u00eb Beograd, q\u00eb t\u2019i normalizojn\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet dhe ta zbatojn\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjen drejt normalizimit.<\/p>\n<p>Laj\u00e7ak tha se shtensionimi i situat\u00ebs dhe normalizimi i marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb jan\u00eb m\u00eb urgjente s\u00eb kurr\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Laj\u00e7ak deklaroi n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb se me kat\u00ebr diplomat\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb vizituan Prishtin\u00ebn dhe Beogradin me nj\u00eb plan.<\/p>\n<p>I pyetur n\u00ebse pret trysni, Vu\u00e7i\u00e7 tha se vendet e Per\u00ebndimit i kan\u00eb politikat dhe q\u00ebndrimet e veta t\u00eb cilat \u201cjan\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta me q\u00ebndrimin ton\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNe duhet ta kuptojm\u00eb at\u00eb realitet.
