Koto Hoxhi ishte veprimtar i shquar i Rilindjes Komb\u00ebtare, i arsimit e i kultur\u00ebs shqiptare, M\u00ebsues i Popullit.<\/p>\n<p>Lindi n\u00eb Qestorat t\u00eb Lunxh\u00ebris\u00eb (Gjirokast\u00ebr), ku m\u00eb pas punoi si m\u00ebsues i shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb mesme n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn greke, duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb fshehurazi shqipen.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 1879 mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb komisionin e posa\u00e7\u00ebm t\u00eb Komitetit t\u00eb Stambollit, q\u00eb u formua p\u00ebr shqyrtimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb alfabetit, ku mbrojti variantin e hartuar nga Sami Frash\u00ebri, si dhe n\u00eb botimin e \u201cAlfabetares\u201d s\u00eb Stambollit.<\/p>\n<p>Koto Hoxhi njihet gjithashtu si nj\u00eb nga themeluesit e teatrit shqiptar.
