Ka shp\u00ebrthyer s\u00ebrish lufta midis Armenis\u00eb dhe Azerbajxhanit, dy ish republikave t\u00eb Bashkimit Sovjetik n\u00eb rajonin e Kaukazit. N\u00eb zem\u00ebr t\u00eb konfliktit \u00ebsht\u00eb rajoni i Nagorno-Karabakh. Rajoni \u00ebsht\u00eb i njohur si pjes\u00eb e Azerbajxhanit, por kontrollohet nga armen\u00ebt etnik\u00eb, raporton\u00a0BBC<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Vendet kan\u00eb zhvilluar nj\u00eb luft\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjakshme rreth rajonit n\u00eb fund t\u00eb viteve 1980 dhe n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb viteve 1990. Megjith\u00ebse ata shpall\u00ebn nj\u00eb arm\u00ebpushim, ata kurr\u00eb nuk ran\u00eb dakord p\u00ebr nj\u00eb traktat paqeje.<\/p>\n

Armenia dhe Azerbajxhani kan\u00eb qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e Bashkimit Sovjetik, nj\u00eb komb komunist\u00a0 midis 1922 dhe 1991.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb dy shtrihen n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme strategjike t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs Jug-Lindore t\u00eb quajtur Kaukaz. Vendet kufizohen me Turqin\u00eb n\u00eb per\u00ebndim, Iranin n\u00eb jug dhe Gjeorgjin\u00eb n\u00eb veri. Rusia gjithashtu kufizohet me Azerbajxhanin n\u00eb veri.<\/p>\n

Armenia \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vend me shumic\u00eb t\u00eb krishter\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa Azerbajxhani \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb komb me shumic\u00eb myslimane. Gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs Sovjetike, Nagorno-Karabakh. \u00a0ishte nj\u00eb rajon me shumic\u00eb etnike armene, i kontrolluar nga autoritetet e Azerbajxhanit. Nd\u00ebrsa Bashkimi Sovjetik filloi t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrohej n\u00eb fund t\u00eb viteve 1980, parlamenti rajonal i Nagorno-Karabakh\u00a0 votoi p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e Armenis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Kjo \u00e7oi n\u00eb p\u00ebrplasje etnike dhe pasi Armenia dhe Azerbajxhani shpall\u00ebn pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb nga Moska. Mij\u00ebra persona vdiq\u00ebn dhe deri n\u00eb nj\u00eb milion persona u larguan nga frika e spastrimit etnik nga t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

Forcat armene mor\u00ebn kontrollin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb\u00a0 Nagorno-Karabakh, para se t\u00eb shpallej arm\u00ebpushimi i nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsuar nga Rusia n\u00eb 1994. Pas k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebveshje, Nagorno-Karabakh mbeti pjes\u00eb e Azerbajxhanit, por \u00ebsht\u00eb qeverisur nga qeveria armene.<\/p>\n

Bisedimet p\u00ebr paqe jan\u00eb zhvilluar me nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimin e Grupit t\u00eb OSBE \u2013 nj\u00eb organ i ngritur n\u00eb 1992 dhe kryesuar nga Franca, Rusia dhe Shtetet e Bashkuara. Por deri m\u00eb tani, ata nuk kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord p\u00ebr nj\u00eb traktat paqeje. P\u00ebrplasjet kan\u00eb vazhduar gjat\u00eb tre dekadave t\u00eb fundit. Shp\u00ebrthimi i fundit ka ndodhur n\u00eb 2016 duke l\u00ebn\u00eb dhjet\u00ebra persona t\u00eb vdekur.<\/p>\n

Konflikti \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrlikuar edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga gjeopolitika. Nj\u00eb nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e NATO-s, Turqia ishte kombi i par\u00eb q\u00eb njohu pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Azerbajxhanit n\u00eb 1991. Ish Presidenti i Azerbajxhanit Heydar Aliyev i ka p\u00ebrshkruar \u00a0vendet si \u201cnj\u00eb komb me dy shtete\u201d.<\/p>\n
