Sfera ekonomike, ajo institucionale, vendimmarrja dhe legjitimiteti jan\u00eb tema debati t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme dhe ka hulumtime shkencore n\u00eb k\u00ebto fusha pasi jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb ndjeshme dhe t\u00eb prekshme n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij komuniteti. Studimet p\u00ebr k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje jan\u00eb t\u00eb matshme dhe empirikisht t\u00eb provueshme. Kurse n\u00eb l\u00ebmin e kultur\u00ebs, k\u00ebto studime jan\u00eb hapa prapa dhe ato q\u00eb pak jan\u00eb, jan\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira p\u00ebr t\u2019u verifikuar dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019u provuar si t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta, pasi operojn\u00eb n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn abstrakte t\u00eb mendimit dhe t\u00eb perceptimit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse n\u00eb aspektin ekonomik, kostoja dhe p\u00ebrfitimet e integrimit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, maten n\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb m\u00ebnyre dhe p\u00ebrkthehen n\u00eb shifra, n\u00ebse sovraniteti i shtetit ton\u00eb tkurret n\u00eb raport me numrin e vendimmarrjeve q\u00eb iu transferohen institucioneve t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, shtrohet pyetja se \u00e7far\u00eb ndodh me ne n\u00eb aspektin e identitetit ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar? Pra, vijon pyetja se do t\u00eb pasurohet m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb kuadrin e integrimit, identiteti yn\u00eb kulturor, apo do t\u00eb kemi m\u00eb shum\u00eb penalitete p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb integrimit? N\u00eb aspektin identitar, sa dhe si do jet\u00eb kjo kosto p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebtij kooperimi politik? Po p\u00ebrfitimet dhe favorizimet si do t\u2019i marrim konkretisht? A do t\u00eb jet\u00eb identiteti yn\u00eb m\u00eb i imunizuar nga trendet kulturore t\u00eb Globalizimit duke qen\u00eb brenda BE-s\u00eb apo do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet leht\u00ebsisht m\u00eb i preksh\u00ebm? Pra, e th\u00ebn\u00eb ndryshe, kur t\u00eb pyetemi nes\u00ebr se a e ndiejm\u00eb veten m\u00eb shum\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb dhe m\u00eb pak europian\u00eb, apo m\u00eb shum\u00eb europian\u00eb dhe m\u00eb pak shqiptar\u00eb, kush do t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjja? Me pak fjal\u00eb, me identitet n\u00ebnkuptojm\u00eb ve\u00e7antit\u00eb apo tiparet q\u00eb ka nj\u00eb send, t\u00eb cilat nuk ndeshen si t\u00eb tilla n\u00eb sendet e tjera. N\u00eb gjirin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb njer\u00ebzore \u00e7do hallk\u00eb e saj ka identitetin e vet, i cili mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb fizik, moral, kulturor, juridik e politik. K\u00ebshtu p\u00ebr shembull, njeriu, si qenie humane dhe shoq\u00ebrore, ka si tipar themelor identitetin fizik, n\u00eb v\u00ebshtrimin antropologjik, ka ve\u00e7ori personale q\u00eb nuk ndeshen t\u00eb gjitha s\u00eb bashku te qeniet e tjera: emri, mbiemri, vendlindja, dat\u00eblindja, at\u00ebsia, am\u00ebsia, seksi, lart\u00ebsia trupore, ngjyra e l\u00ebkur\u00ebs, e flok\u00ebve, e syve, defektet fizike dhe koh\u00ebt e fundit shenjat e gisht\u00ebrinjve ose shenjat biometrike. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb si qenie shoq\u00ebrore ka edhe identitetin e vet kulturor e qytetar, me t\u00eb cilin n\u00ebnkuptohen: gjuha amtare, nj\u00eb memorie historike e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, disa simbole me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt identifikohet, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsia etnike, deri diku qytetaria shtet\u00ebrore,(pasi kjo e fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb subjekt i ndryshimeve t\u00eb shpeshta), n\u00eb disa raste (por jo kurdoher\u00eb) edhe p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsia fetare (n\u00eb rastet kur manifestohen me t\u00eb sentimentet etnike). Njeriu, si qenie humane ka nj\u00eb prirje natyrale t\u00eb dyfisht\u00eb: t\u00eb jet\u00eb identitet n\u00eb vetvete, por n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb t\u00eb identifikohet me nj\u00eb entitet shoq\u00ebror sa m\u00eb t\u00eb madh ku jeton n\u00eb nj\u00eb territor t\u00eb kufizuar, me nj\u00eb memorie historike dhe mite origjine t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta, me nj\u00eb kulture popullore dhe publike t\u00eb standardizuar, me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat ligje t\u00eb pashkruara, brenda nj\u00eb mobilimi ekonomik dhe territor t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, me t\u00eb drejta dhe detyrime ligjore t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e kolektivit. Me pak fjal\u00eb kjo pranohet deri diku si p\u00ebrkufizimi klasik p\u00ebr identitetin komb\u00ebtar. Kjo m\u00ebnyr\u00eb perceptimi e konceptit t\u00eb identitetit n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi dhe atij komb\u00ebtar n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti natyrsh\u00ebm shtron pyetjen: a mund t\u00eb flasim p\u00ebr identitet kulturor europian? A ka Europa sot nj\u00eb identitet t\u00eb vetin q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt? N\u00ebse po, p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb lloj identiteti b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb? N\u00ebse jo, pse nuk ka nj\u00eb identitet t\u00eb vetin? Pasi t\u00eb trajtohet kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje do hulumtohet m\u00eb tej p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje pyetjes: po identiteti yn\u00eb komb\u00ebtar \u00ebsht\u00eb apo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb europian apo \u00ebsht\u00eb disi si lara-lara (manifeston nj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm tiparet e qytet\u00ebrimit per\u00ebndimor edhe lindor)? Pastaj do t\u00eb rrekemi p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje tez\u00ebs se do t\u00eb mbushet apo do t\u00eb zbrazet p\u00ebrmbajtja e kuptimit t\u00eb identitetit ton\u00eb brenda projektit politik europian? N\u00eb vijim vjen pyetja: a do ta dob\u00ebsojm\u00eb apo do ta forcojm\u00eb identitetin ton\u00eb n\u00eb kuadrin e k\u00ebtij projekti? Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb thjeshta nes\u00ebr si pjes\u00eb e gjith\u00eb institucioneve politike europiane a do t\u00eb ndihem m\u00eb shum\u00eb europian apo k\u00ebshtu si\u00e7 jemi?<\/p>\n<article class=\"single-post-article clr\">\n<div class=\"entry clr\" id=\"entry_content_paragraphs\">\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p><strong>Korniza e debateve mbi identitetin ton\u00eb dhe raportet me at\u00eb europian<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nuk do t\u00eb merrem shum\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kumtes\u00eb me debatet e studiuesve serioz\u00eb q\u00eb ndjekin hap pas hapi proceset e integrimit europian dhe ofrojn\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimet e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e Europ\u00ebs kulturore, k\u00ebtu do t\u00eb mjaftohem vet\u00ebm me disa qasje t\u00eb autor\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb diskutuar \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e identiteti ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar n\u00eb raport me identitetin europian. Ky do t\u00eb jet\u00eb materiali ku un\u00eb do t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes analiz\u00ebn dhe interpretimin tim, n\u00eb favor t\u00eb hipotez\u00ebs q\u00eb ngre dhe mbroj.<\/p>\n<p>Fusha e k\u00ebtij debati \u00ebsht\u00eb e gjer\u00eb dhe ka ndezur polemika t\u00eb gjata, por un\u00eb do t\u00eb fokusohem vet\u00ebm n\u00eb komponentin identitar t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs. Jo se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb diskutuar edhe m\u00eb par\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e till\u00eb gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij tranzicioni shqiptar, por personat q\u00eb e hap\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb tem\u00eb nuk kishin pesh\u00ebn dhe influenc\u00eb dominuese n\u00eb opinionin publik shqiptar. Debati ndizet kur shkrimtari i mir\u00ebnjohur I. Kadare boton esen\u00eb e tij; \u201cIdentiteti Europian i Shqiptar\u00ebve\u201d q\u00eb kjo menj\u00ebher\u00eb provokoi reagimet e Akademikut Rexhep Qose n\u00eb Kumtes\u00ebn e tij \u201cRealitet i Shp\u00ebrfillur\u201d. I. Kadare n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn e tij n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kategorike pranon se Europa ka nj\u00eb identitet kulturor t\u00eb saj dhe n\u00eb themel t\u00eb k\u00ebtij identiteti vendos krisht\u00ebrimin Per\u00ebndimor. Kadare i ka q\u00ebndruar vazhdimisht k\u00ebsaj linje dhe e mbron k\u00ebt\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e tij duke e lidhur identitetin ton\u00eb me identitetin europian me an\u00eb t\u00eb krisht\u00ebrimit. Ismail Kadare n\u00eb esen\u00eb e vet me titull \u201cIdentiteti Evropian i Shqiptar\u00ebve\u201d, (botuar nga \u201cOnufri\u201d, Tiran\u00eb 2006), i v\u00eb nj\u00eb theks t\u00eb tepruar komponentit fetar, qoft\u00eb i krishter\u00eb, qoft\u00eb mysliman, kur flet p\u00ebr identitetin shqiptar t\u00eb shekujve t\u00eb kaluar. Ai pohon se p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb identiteti komb\u00ebtar shqiptar u gatua duke patur si komponent fen\u00eb e krishter\u00eb. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb komponent fetar, shqiptar\u00ebt sipas tij, kishin nj\u00eb identitet t\u00eb plot\u00eb \u201ceuropian\u201d. Por m\u00eb von\u00eb, (po sipas tij) me pushtimin osman t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, kur feja islame e diktuar nga Perandoria e Gjysm\u00ebh\u00ebn\u00ebs p\u00ebr interesat e saj politik\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoi fen\u00eb e krishter\u00eb si p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebse n\u00eb identitetin komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb popullsis\u00eb shqiptare, identiteti i tyre \u201cevropian\u201d u d\u00ebmtua. N\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyre Kadare, k\u00ebtu del kontradiktor me vetveten, pasi n\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn an\u00eb komponentin fetar (n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb radh\u00eb krisht\u00ebrimin) e shikon si element substancial n\u00eb ngjizjen e identitetit komb\u00ebtar, kurse n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr religjionin islam e quan si deformues t\u00eb gjenit q\u00eb mban identitetin kulturor t\u00eb kombit ton\u00eb. Ndryshe mendon Rexhep Qose. N\u00eb polemik\u00ebn me Ismail Kadaren\u00eb, pik\u00ebpamjet e veta n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje i ka parashtruar n\u00eb tri broshura t\u00eb botuara nj\u00ebra pas tjetr\u00ebs \u2013 \u201cRealiteti i shp\u00ebrfillur\u201d, \u201cIdeologjia e shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrjes\u201d, \u201cT\u00eb v\u00ebrtetat e vonuara\u201d (Toena 2006). Edhe Rexhep Qose pranon se dikur identiteti komb\u00ebtar shqiptar ishte gatuar duke patur si komponent fen\u00eb e krishter\u00eb. Ai pranon gjithashtu, se feja islame u p\u00ebrqafua nga shumica e shqiptar\u00ebve gjat\u00eb shekujve t\u00eb sundimit osman. Por, ndryshe nga Ismail Kadare, ai ngul k\u00ebmb\u00eb se fet\u00eb, ritet, dhe sektet fetare pa dallime (islamizmi, ortodoksia, katolicizmi), nd\u00ebrhyn\u00eb n\u00eb identitetin komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve duke u integruar aq thell\u00eb, sa edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona jan\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebs t\u00eb tij. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pohim, Qose q\u00ebndron m\u00eb af\u00ebr logjik\u00ebs s\u00eb studiuesit duke iu ruajtur retorikave populiste. Pra, sipas tij: as bota greke vet\u00ebm, as ajo latine vet\u00ebm, pa krishterimin nuk kan\u00eb mundur t\u00eb konstituojn\u00eb Europ\u00ebn. Nuk l\u00eb pa cituar edhe poetin gjerman G\u00ebte q\u00eb mendonte se \u00e7far\u00eb e bashkon Europ\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb kultura dhe \u00e7far\u00eb e ndan, jan\u00eb idet\u00eb politike. Plasari shkon deri aty sa edhe themeluesit e Europ\u00ebs s\u00eb Bashkuar i konsideron politikan\u00eb dhe mendimtar\u00eb me orientim dhe besim t\u00eb krishter\u00eb si, De Kasperin, Adenaurin, Shuman, Monnet, Speaak. Po sipas Plasarit: \u00ebsht\u00eb fakt q\u00eb shekuj me radh\u00eb kultura europiane ka qen\u00eb e frym\u00ebzuar nga Shpirti i Shenjt\u00eb dhe nga shpirt\u00ebror\u00ebsia e krishtere; fakti q\u00eb demokracia sipas parimit bergsonian ka nj\u00eb thelb ungjillor dhe ka si forc\u00eb shtyt\u00ebse dashurin\u00eb e tij. Plasari nuk pohon se n\u00eb \u00e7`raport \u00ebsht\u00eb identiteti yn\u00eb komb\u00ebtar me historin\u00eb e krisht\u00ebrimit dhe me islamizmin, vet\u00ebm se aprovon hipotez\u00ebn e ngritur nga studiues t\u00eb tjer\u00eb; \u201c krisht\u00ebrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb Europ\u00eb si refuzim i Islamit\u201d. Nuk mendon k\u00ebshtu studiuesi i historis\u00eb Kristo Frash\u00ebri. I p\u00ebrkasim nacionalizmit Per\u00ebndimor apo atij Lindor, apo nj\u00eb lloj entiteti q\u00eb shfaq her\u00eb tiparet e nj\u00ebrit dhe her\u00eb tiparet e tjetrit? N\u00eb fakt ka patur dhe ka qasje ndaj k\u00ebtij fenomeni dhe studiues tan\u00eb dhe t\u00eb huaj kan\u00eb hartuar trajtesa me p\u00ebrmbajtje; \u201c Shqip\u00ebria midis Lindjes dhe Per\u00ebndimit\u201d dhe a do t\u00eb thot\u00eb kjo se ne si entitet i shfaqim p\u00ebrgjysm\u00eb k\u00ebto dy lloj nacionalizmash? Apo shitemi si Per\u00ebndimor kur n\u00eb fakt p\u00ebr arsye historike, nuk e fshehim kollaj karakterin lindor? Apo tendencat p\u00ebr t\u2019u arratisur nga Lindja e quajn\u00eb t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u2019u vet\u00ebquajtur per\u00ebndimor? Me siguri kjo kumtes\u00eb nuk zot\u00ebron hap\u00ebsirat e duhura p\u00ebr ta provuar plot\u00ebsisht k\u00ebt\u00eb (ndon\u00ebse n\u00eb nj\u00eb studim tjet\u00ebr po) pasi duhet t\u00eb merren n\u00eb shqyrtim rrethanat historike q\u00eb kan\u00eb prodhuar k\u00ebto dy lloj kombesh n\u00eb dy gjysmat e Europ\u00ebs dhe kryesisht n\u00eb Ballkanin ku ne jetojm\u00eb, dhe t\u00eb mundohemi t\u00eb jemi korrekt me ato realitete historike q\u00eb kan\u00eb influencuar duksh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb determinuar natyr\u00ebn e kombit ton\u00eb. K\u00ebto \u201cz\u00ebnka\u201d fillojn\u00eb dhe e g\u00ebrvishtin \u201cshk\u00eblqimin\u201d oriental q\u00eb n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e Rilindjes Komb\u00ebtare kur perandoris\u00eb otomane i k\u00ebrkohej t\u00eb dor\u00ebzonte Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor. \u00c7far\u00eb ndodh n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb? Fati i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk vendosej n\u00ebp\u00ebr \u201cmexhliset\u201d turke, por n\u00eb kancelarit\u00eb e Europ\u00ebs. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin kah do t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe orientimi politik i lidershipit t\u00eb koh\u00ebs. Dhe m\u00eb tej\u2026? Elita intelektuale dhe politike e vendit u hodh menj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb \u201csulm\u201d p\u00ebr t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjen e identitetit ton\u00eb kulturor\u00eb. N\u00eb traktatin politik dhe filozofik t\u00eb Sami Frash\u00ebrit \u201cShqip\u00ebria \u00e7`ka q\u00ebn\u00eb \u00e7`\u00ebsht\u00eb dhe \u00e7`do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet\u201d hidhet balt\u00eb mbi kombin turk \u2013 \u201c\u00e7`jan\u00eb turqit? Nuk rrinte pas edhe Naimi n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn \u201cHistoria e Sk\u00ebnderbeut\u201d ku mbi kombin turk l\u00ebshon epitete denigruese. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb edhe \u00c7ajupi jepte kushtrimin me vjershat e tij p\u00ebr t\u2019u \u00e7liruar nga rob\u00ebria shum\u00eb shekullore turke. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb linj\u00eb pothuajse ishin gjith\u00eb Rilindasit deri te Pashko Vasa ose Vaso Pasha n\u00eb thirrjen e tij t\u00eb famshme: \u201cmos ndigjoni kisha e xhamia; feja e shqiptarit asht shqiptaria\u201d(q\u00eb n\u00eb fakt mbante dy emra, nj\u00ebrin p\u00ebr karrier\u00eb dhe tjetrin si Rilindas si\u00e7 thot\u00eb I. Kadare n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn \u201cardhja e Migjenit n\u00eb let\u00ebrsin\u00eb shqipe\u201d N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb gjeopolitika diktonte gjeokultur\u00ebn. Sintagmat themelore- Oriental apo Oksidental?; \u201cShqip\u00ebria midis Lindjes dhe Per\u00ebndimit; \u201cShqip\u00ebria kopsht shk\u00ebmbor n\u00eb Jug-Lindje t\u00eb Ballkanit\u201d, tregojn\u00eb se kushtrimet e Rilindjes filluan t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohen m\u00eb sintagm\u00ebn edhe- edhe. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb periudha ishte m\u00eb e ftoht\u00eb dhe analizat filluan t\u00eb thellohen n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn kulturore. Orientimi politik n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb ishte thell\u00ebsisht per\u00ebndimor, por ndjesit\u00eb e identitetit filluan t\u00eb p\u00ebrzihen dhe nisen t\u00eb reflektojn\u00eb reminishenca kulturore. N\u00eb aspektin konstitucional- monarki kushtetuese, institucione parlamentare dhe qeverisja b\u00ebhej me parimet dhe principet kushtetuese europiane. Zogu n\u00eb sjelljen politike dhe n\u00eb stilet e jet\u00ebs mundohej t\u00eb shfaqej plot\u00ebsisht per\u00ebndimor duke u munduar t\u00eb fsheh\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb ishte orientale. N\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e sundimit komunist ndon\u00ebse kishte ndonj\u00eb belb\u00ebzim t\u00eb vog\u00ebl nuk pati qasje t\u00eb tilla. Pas viteve \u201890- sloganet politike \u201cE duam Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb si Europa\u201d u priten me brohoritje nga t\u00eb gjitha qarqet intelektuale dhe akademike me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb ishin indoktrinuar nga ideologjia zyrtare e koh\u00ebs. \u00c7do gj\u00eb lindore u b\u00eb e p\u00ebshtir\u00eb dhe e neveritshme. P\u00ebrs\u00ebri Shqip\u00ebria hyri n\u00eb nj\u00eb inkubator t\u00eb ri ideologjik duke e shpjeguar t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e vet dhe t\u00eb ardhmen vet\u00ebm si pjes\u00eb e sfer\u00ebs per\u00ebndimore, dhe ashtu ndihet \u201cmir\u00eb\u201d deri nga vitet 2000 kur historian S. Feraj dhe publicisti A. Baleta b\u00ebhen z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb nj\u00eb rryme nacional- islamike duke provokuar qasje t\u00eb ndryshme ndaj fondamentit ton\u00eb kulturor n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi duke arritur deri te figura e Sk\u00ebnderbeut. Kjo si\u00e7 u tha edhe m\u00eb lart t\u00ebrhoqi n\u00eb debat edhe figura t\u00eb tjera me pesh\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn publike dhe akademike. Studiuesi Aurel Plasari i vendos shqiptar\u00ebt para dilem\u00ebs pa dh\u00ebn\u00eb ndonj\u00eb orientim t\u00eb qart\u00eb kulturor me esen\u00eb e tij \u201cVija e Tedostit rishfaqet nga duhet t`ia mbajn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt\u201d. Europa e Bashkuar \u00ebsht\u00eb e vetmja alternative p\u00ebr vendin ton\u00eb sot dhe t\u00eb shpik\u00ebsh alternativ\u00eb tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00ebzi. Dhe nuk ka asnj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe pse t\u00eb gjith\u00eb fokusohemi p\u00ebr t\u00eb ngritur perspektiv\u00ebn ton\u00eb brenda projektit politik europian, e keqja \u00ebsht\u00eb se k\u00ebt\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb e ngrem\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb retorike dhe populiste pa qasje korrekte dhe shkencore n\u00eb definimin e identitetit ton\u00eb kulturor. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb kontradikta e thell\u00eb q\u00eb na mundon sot. Identitetin politik shtet\u00ebror tonin e nj\u00ebsojm\u00eb me identitetin komb\u00ebtar. Kombi dhe shteti jan\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrthurur me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, por jan\u00eb edhe identitete t\u00eb ndryshme. Kombi \u00ebsht\u00eb nocion kulturor, kurse shteti dhe qeverisjet jan\u00eb nocione politike. K\u00ebto dy t\u00eb fundit influencojn\u00eb p\u00ebr ta orientuar nj\u00eb komb drejt nj\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimi apo nj\u00eb tjetri, por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e th\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb transformojn\u00eb gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjen kulturore t\u00eb identitetit t\u00eb tij. Edhe rilindasit si romantik\u00eb frym\u00ebzuan dhe ngjallen shpres\u00ebn q\u00eb populli t`i kthej syt\u00eb nga Oksidenti, dhe b\u00ebn mjaft pun\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, por kombi yn\u00eb p\u00ebr shum\u00eb arsye historike nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb trupit dhe t\u00eb shpirtit i kishte n\u00eb orient. Edhe gjat\u00eb sundimit t\u00eb E. Hoxh\u00ebs elita drejtuese e vendit u mundua ta p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn sllavo-bizantine, por ajo \u00e7ka u arrit ishte thjesht njohje dhe afrim n\u00eb nivel elitash, jo pajtim kombesh. K\u00ebshtu perspektiva europiane sot le t\u00eb na ndihmoj\u00eb ne p\u00ebr t\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar komponentin e kultur\u00ebs per\u00ebndimore q\u00eb na ka munguar kaq shum\u00eb, por kjo nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb ne plot\u00ebsohemi m\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb veten ton\u00eb duke fshir\u00eb ato elemente q\u00eb me hir ose pahir jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e thell\u00eb e identitetit ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Identiteti yn\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kur flitet p\u00ebr nacionalizmin b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb eksploruar nj\u00eb nocion me t\u00eb cilin identifikohet kulturalisht nj\u00eb komunitet njer\u00ebzor. Kombi del si entitet kulturor dhe vazhdon pafund\u00ebsisht procesin e b\u00ebrjes s\u00eb identitetit t\u00eb vet. Tendenca e natyrshme e k\u00ebtyre entiteteve \u00ebsht\u00eb e dyfisht\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht; edhe k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb dallohen nga grupimet tjera, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se jemi ndryshe, por n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebsohen me grupime sa m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb prirje natyrale e qenies humane q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar vazhdimisht dhe e ka zgjeruar shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb nga rrethet e ngushta fisnore deri n\u00eb nivel kombesh apo qytet\u00ebrimesh si\u00e7 shprehet Hantingtoni. Edhe ne si komb q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtohemi nga kjo prirje e natyrshme, n\u00eb nj\u00eb an\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb t\u00eb jemi konstrukt i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb gjenealogjik (pellazg\u00eb, ilir, shqiptar\u00eb), kurse n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr mundohemi t\u00eb shpjegojm\u00eb se i p\u00ebrkasim sfer\u00ebs s\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimit Per\u00ebndimor apo Lindor. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye mjedisi intelektual dhe politik n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn q\u00eb b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb (nga Rilindjes e deri m\u00eb sot) ushqen polemika p\u00ebr t\u00eb definuar p\u00ebrmbajtjen kulturore t\u00eb identitetit ton\u00eb. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 regjimit t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb E. Hoxh\u00ebs n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb koh\u00ebs pjesa dominuese e elit\u00ebs drejtuese t\u00eb vendit mundohet ta shpjegoj\u00eb kuptimin e identitetit ton\u00eb brenda suaz\u00ebs s\u00eb identitetit kulturor europian. Mir\u00ebpo sintagma; \u201cidentiteti europian i shqiptar\u00ebve\u201d deri m\u00eb tash p\u00ebrkthehet si nj\u00ebjt\u00ebsim i p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb son\u00eb me identitetin kulturor europian dhe si refuzim i identitetit lindor. T\u00eb thuash sot q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb identitet europian k\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb mire se shpall nj\u00eb broshur\u00eb propagandistike me stil retorik dhe utilitar, por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e th\u00ebn\u00eb se ke shfletuar historin\u00eb e kombit ton\u00eb me rigorozitet shkencor. Pse ngre k\u00ebt\u00eb pohim? Duke iu referuar Kristo Frash\u00ebrit dhe shum\u00eb studiuesve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb europian\u00eb si Ernest Gellner, Jurgen Habermas, Athoni Gidnnes etj., Europa nuk ka nj\u00eb identitet t\u00eb vetin kulturor, bile Habermas shkon deri aty sa thot\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamundur t\u00eb b\u00ebhet. Edhe themeluesit e Europ\u00ebs s\u00eb Bashkuar kuptuan pas disa dekadash se projekti politik i tyre, do t\u00eb ishte i q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm po t\u00eb ishte nisur puna nga Europa kulturore. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb kur Europa nuk ka krijuar deri m\u00eb sot identitetin e vet k\u00ebshtu nuk kemi se si ne t\u00eb mjaftohemi me veten duke u identifikuar me t\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ky q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebsaj kumtese, q\u00ebllimi \u00ebsht\u00eb se ne b\u00ebjm\u00eb identitetin ton\u00eb per\u00ebndimor si refuzim total t\u00eb elementit lindor ku elementet e k\u00ebtij qytet\u00ebrimi lindor me m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb dhunshme ose t\u00eb natyrshme kan\u00eb dep\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb brend\u00ebsi t\u00eb jet\u00ebs shqiptare. Megjith\u00ebse edhe perceptimi lindor ngelet mjaft i paqart\u00eb kur merren n\u00eb shqyrtim k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje. K\u00ebrkojm\u00eb t\u00eb \u201carratisemi\u201d nga Lindja, por p\u00ebrs\u00ebri nuk shpjegojm\u00eb se p\u00ebr cil\u00ebn Lindje b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb; p\u00ebr Lindjen ish-komuniste q\u00eb shtrihet kryesisht n\u00eb entitetin sllavo-bizantin, apo p\u00ebr orientalizmin me fondament kulturor islamin, apo t\u00eb dyja p\u00ebrnj\u00ebher\u00ebsh? T\u00eb mohosh gjith\u00e7ka lindore nga cilado Lindje q\u00eb t\u00eb vij\u00eb nuk mjafton p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar dhe formatuar veten nga pik\u00ebpamja e identitetit. Vetja b\u00ebhet duke pohuar at\u00eb q\u00eb e ke dhe t\u00eb mundohesh ta transformosh n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb perspektives t\u00ebnde komb\u00ebtare. K\u00ebshtu t`i ik\u00ebsh bot\u00ebs lindore ku dominoi sllavo-bizantizmi dhe me von\u00eb komunizmi, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 t\u00eb tjerave do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb mohosh nocionin gjeografik dhe administrativ q\u00eb natyrsh\u00ebm kan\u00eb influenc\u00eb n\u00eb b\u00ebrjen e komponentit kulturor n\u00eb nj\u00eb entitet t\u00eb caktuar, kurse t\u00eb braktis\u00ebsh lindjen orientale n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb populiste, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb shprish\u00ebsh substanc\u00ebn q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb religjionin shpirt\u00ebror p\u00ebr komunitetin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri prej 4-5 shekujsh. P\u00ebr arsye madhore fati i Ballkanit do t\u00eb vihej n\u00ebn administrimin shtet\u00ebror bizantin dhe m\u00eb von\u00eb n\u00ebn sundimin otoman, dhe kjo b\u00ebri q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb mesjet\u00ebs s\u00eb hershme dhe t\u00eb von\u00eb t\u2019i largohen krisht\u00ebrimit per\u00ebndimor. Studiuesi Aurel Plasari e d\u00ebshmon k\u00ebshtu k\u00ebt\u00eb fakt; \u201cN\u00eb viset arb\u00ebr largimi prej sfer\u00ebs shpirt\u00ebrore e mendore latine q\u00eb pati zot\u00ebruar gjat\u00eb mesjet\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet dy procesesh; mbajtjes me kish\u00ebn lindore dhe myslimanizmit. I gjejm\u00eb t\u00eb regjistruara m\u00eb s\u00eb miri k\u00ebto procese prej relator\u00ebve t\u00eb Papatit q\u00eb popullsin\u00eb shqiptare e regjistrojn\u00eb n\u00eb tre ndarje: latin\u00eb (shqiptar\u00ebt katolik\u00eb), skizmatik\u00eb (shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb lidhur me kish\u00ebn lindore greke dhe sllave) dhe turq (shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb myslimanizmit). Se n\u00eb \u00e7`shkall\u00eb kishin arritur k\u00ebto procese fjala vjen n\u00eb territoret e Kosov\u00ebs m\u00ebsohet nga relacioni i Shtjefen Gasp\u00ebrit, i cili me 1671 num\u00ebronte n\u00eb Dioqez\u00ebn e Shkupit vet\u00ebm 2.169 katolik\u00eb arb\u00ebr q\u00eb kishin mbetur. Si\u00e7 e ka llogaritur edhe S. Driza n\u00eb vitet \u201870 t\u00eb shekullit XVII nuk kishin mbetur as edhe 1% e popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs latin\u00eb. Plasari shkon m\u00eb tej. Regjimin komunist t\u00eb E. Hoxh\u00ebs nuk e shikon si doktrin\u00eb politike, por si ideologji q\u00eb ishte ngritur q\u00ebllimisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb refuzuar Krisht\u00ebrimin Per\u00ebndimor dhe si nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i ndar\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimisht shqiptar\u00ebt nga ky qytet\u00ebrim. Dhe sipas tij, po t\u00eb studiohet me kujdes gjith\u00eb sistemi ideologjik i Enver Hoxh\u00ebs do t\u00eb kuptohet se antieuropianizimi i tij do t\u00eb g\u00ebrshetohej me nj\u00eb kompleks latent antikristian. Plasari mundohet ta provoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb supozim duke cituar Hoxh\u00ebn q\u00eb i dukej rast i paprecedent p\u00ebr nj\u00eb diktator ateist kur n\u00eb nj\u00eb fjalim t\u00eb tij lart\u00ebsonte Islamizmin dhe denigronte Krisht\u00ebrimin: \u201cE v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb se Kur\u2019ani \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i plot\u00eb dhe m\u00eb i past\u00ebr se Bibla e izraelite dhe Ungjilli i t\u00eb krishter\u00ebve\u201d. E pabesueshme p\u00ebr goj\u00ebn e nj\u00eb marksisti-leninist, ateist- shprehet Plasari. Megjith\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb besohet se sistemi komunist i E. Hoxh\u00ebs ka qen\u00eb projekt politik dhe ideologjik, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndar\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimisht shqiptar\u00ebt nga qytet\u00ebrimi per\u00ebndimor, kurse relator\u00ebt e Pap\u00ebs mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb gabime t\u00eb vogla n\u00eb shifra, por nuk mund t\u00eb themi q\u00eb nuk relatojn\u00eb fakte dhe d\u00ebshmi q\u00eb njihen mir\u00eb nga studiuesit. Ne mund t\u00eb mblidhemi p\u00ebr t`i kthyer kok\u00ebposht\u00eb ato shifra, por nuk mund t\u00eb mohojm\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb Perandoria e Bizantit dhe m\u00eb von\u00eb ajo otomane e vendosen n\u00ebn presion elementin shqiptar\u00eb k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb identiteti yn\u00eb gjat\u00eb asaj periudhe historike \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie me ta (marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnia do t\u00eb thot\u00eb qoft\u00eb si refuzim qoft\u00eb si pajtim me ta). Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb korrekte dhe shkencore (e di q\u00eb nuk u shkon p\u00ebr shtat retorikave t\u00eb romantizmit nacionalist) t\u00eb pretendosh q\u00eb identiteti yn\u00eb q\u00ebndron vet\u00ebm n\u00eb ato elemente t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs son\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb ngel t\u00eb paprekura dhe t\u00eb padeformuara nga ky presion i madh. N\u00eb sfer\u00ebn kulturore \u00ebsht\u00eb e paimagjinueshme ta ruash kaq t\u00eb imunizuar elementin t\u00ebnd identitar, n\u00eb nj\u00eb mjedis kaq kompleks social. Teorit\u00eb e imunitetit jan\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme p\u00ebr retorika populiste, por jo argument shkencor i sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb. Identiteti (kolektiv dhe personal) b\u00ebhet dhe plot\u00ebsohet vet\u00ebm n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, jasht\u00eb k\u00ebtij konteksti nuk mbahet. Nuk i mjafton vetvetja p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbijetuar, por vet\u00ebm duke hyr\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, qoft\u00eb si refuzim, qoft\u00eb si pajtim.<\/p>\n<p>I duhet domosdoshm\u00ebrisht; \u2013 i ndryshmi; i kund\u00ebrti, me t\u00eb cilin do t\u00eb mas\u00eb, t\u00eb plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb, dhe t\u00eb krahasoj\u00eb vlerat me t\u00eb.
