Edison Memolla siguroi mandatin me 30 vota diferenc\u00eb nga Shk\u00eblqim Hoxha i \u201cBashk\u00eb Fitojm\u00eb\u201d, por votat e pavlefshme arrijn\u00eb deri n\u00eb 276.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebraf\u00ebrt votash t\u00eb pavlefshme ka edhe Belshi, 228 t\u00eb tilla, ndon\u00ebse n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bashki, diferenca mes kandidat\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb 40 vota plus p\u00ebr Partin\u00eb Socialiste. Himara ka diferenc\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb nga t\u00eb gjitha bashkit\u00eb e vendit.
