Kryeministri Kurti, pasi zyrtarisht ka pranuar propozimin evropian m\u00eb 21 shkurt, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se negociatat p\u00ebr normalizim do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb p\u00ebrmes diplomacis\u00eb fluturuese. Dy partit\u00eb opozitare, PDK dhe LDK e kan\u00eb kritikuar Kryeministrit Kurti q\u00eb pranoi propozimin evropian, i cili thon\u00eb se nuk sjell marr\u00ebveshje finale me Serbin\u00eb e as njohjen reciproke. Sipas opozitar\u00ebve, Kurti, p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij plani, ka pranuar themelimin e Asociacionit me kompetenca ekzekutive, dh\u00ebnien e statusit t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr Kish\u00ebn Ortodokse Serbe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe vazhdimin e pafund t\u00eb t\u00eb bisedimeve me Serbin\u00eb.<\/p>\n \u00c7far\u00eb ndodhi n\u00eb Bruksel<\/p>\n N\u00eb takimin e nivelit t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb Bruksel mes kryeministrit Albin Kurti dhe presidentit serb Vu\u00e7i\u00e7, u arrit nj\u00eb dakordim q\u00eb Kosova dhe Serbia t\u00eb zhvillojn\u00eb nj\u00eb proces negociator mbi baz\u00ebn e 11 pikave t\u00eb atij q\u00eb quhet tash zyrtarisht \u201cMarr\u00ebveshja p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebn e normalizimit mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb\u201d. Edhe pse n\u00eb asnj\u00ebr\u00ebn nga 11 nenet e saj nuk parashihet njohja reciproke mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb, neni 4 n\u00ebnkupton njohjen \u201cde fakto\u201d t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. P\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb Bashkimi Evropian ka publikuar pak dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb planin \u201cfranko-gjerman p\u00ebr Normalizimin e Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb. Marr\u00ebveshja e re Kosov\u00eb-Serbi p\u00ebrmban elemente t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb pranimit de-fakto t\u00eb shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga ana e Serbis\u00eb.
