Zamputi, ai k\u00ebrkon ndjes\u00eb p\u00ebr gabimet e t\u00eb metat e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb vet, duke ju drejtuar lexusit dhe d\u00ebgjuesit: \u201cE tash ju jam falur t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve e luteni Tenzon\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr mue\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Perpjekja dhe puna e Buzukut, \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e ndergjegj\u00ebsimit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ecur n\u00eb nj\u00eb hap me qytet\u00ebrimin ballkanik e europian. \u201cMeshari\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb bashk\u00ebkohanik i botimeve europiane t\u00eb ungjijve n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme, t\u00eb popujve t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs. P\u00ebr Arb\u00ebrin\u00eb, kjo vep\u00ebr kishte vler\u00eb t\u00eb dyfisht\u00eb: Ishte edhe Arb\u00ebria n\u00eb hapin e koh\u00ebs, masat popullore kan\u00eb \u201cshkrimin e shejt\u00eb\u201d n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e folur komb\u00ebtare dhe, nga ana tjet\u00ebr, q\u00eb p\u00ebr ne \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, libri shqip, ishte ndergjegj\u00ebsim e arm\u00eb, p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e identitetit komb\u00ebtar. Deri n\u00eb pushtimin e Kostandinopoj\u00ebs nga turqit, popujt\u00eb e Europ\u00ebs, b\u00ebnin p\u00ebrpjekje dhe krijonin iluzione, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb bashkim politik e ekonomik, ku natyrsh\u00ebm do vazhdonte, t\u00eb ishte gjuh\u00eb e kultur\u00ebs latinishtja. Por kushtet historike, soll\u00ebn pro\u00e7esin e zhvillimit kulturor t\u00eb kombeve, dhe si vep\u00ebr m\u00eb e dukshme, ishte perkthimi i shkrimeve fetare n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebt e popujve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Buzuku me Mesharin, e rendit Arb\u00ebrin\u00eb, megjithse t\u00eb pushtuar, p\u00ebrkrah k\u00ebtyre vendeve e kombeve europiane, duke hapur dhe rrug\u00ebn p\u00ebr pasardh\u00ebsit, q\u00eb tashm\u00eb i njohim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Kurse, ato q\u00eb e p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebn dhe ndihmuan n\u00eb realizimin e k\u00ebtij monumenti, tregojn\u00eb potencialin moral dhe intelektual t\u00eb kombit p\u00ebr pavarsin\u00eb shpirt\u00ebrore dhe kulturore dhe p\u00ebr identitetin etnik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Kush e solli n\u00eb drit\u00eb Mesharin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>P\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje pyetjes, n\u00ebse botimi i Mesharit, \u00ebsht\u00eb vep\u00ebr e porositur nga kisha romane, apo \u00ebsht\u00eb nism\u00eb e grupeve shoq\u00ebrore shqiptare, ne do nisemi nga analiza, q\u00eb i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebsaj \u00e7eshtje Selman Riza. Studiuesit e Mesharit, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jan\u00eb nj\u00ebz\u00ebri t\u00eb mendimit, q\u00eb Buzuku ka patur njohuri modeste n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn latine. Prandaj \u00ebsht\u00eb larg mend\u00ebsh, q\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkthim, qoft\u00eb Kuria e Rom\u00ebs, ose p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsia e saj n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, t\u00eb caktonte pik\u00ebrisht\u00eb Gjonin, si p\u00ebrkthyes t\u00eb vet\u00ebm. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr shohim, q\u00eb libri \u00ebsht\u00eb shtypur n\u00eb dy kollona me nj\u00eb ngusht\u00ebsi rrjeshtash, gj\u00eb q\u00eb flet p\u00ebr ngushtic\u00eb mund\u00ebsie financiare paguese, ose edhe n\u00ebqoft\u00ebse, ishin mund\u00ebsit\u00eb financiare, ishte v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb sigurohej nj\u00eb sasi letre, sipas nevojave t\u00eb shtypit. Vet\u00eb Buzuku thot\u00eb, se gjat\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebrkthyese-botuese, ai sherbente si famullitar. Po t\u00eb ishte se, kjo pun\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb ngarkuar zyrtarisht\u00eb (publikisht\u00eb) nga epror\u00ebt, at\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn, do t\u00eb lirohej nga detyra e zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb famullitarit, gjat\u00eb p\u00ebriudh\u00ebs s\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjes t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj pune, q\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte p\u00ebrkushtim. Duke njohur kronik\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb der\u00ebs s\u00eb Buzuk\u00ebve, ndihmojm\u00eb n\u00eb njohjen e potencialit financiar, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vendimtar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar nj\u00eb ndermarrje e till\u00eb. Krijimi i let\u00ebrsis\u00eb fetare, n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb shteteve fqinj\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb faktor shtyt\u00ebs i domosdosh\u00ebm, p\u00ebr iden\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj ndermarrje, por kjo mb\u00ebshtetjen e pati tek shqiptar\u00ebt (aristokracia ushtarake e treg\u00ebtare), q\u00eb jetonin n\u00eb mes t\u00eb bot\u00ebs s\u00eb Perendimit dhe furis\u00eb s\u00eb lubis\u00eb s\u00eb pushtuesit. Themi, q\u00eb kata jetonin n\u00eb mes t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre bot\u00ebve, sepse, jemi t\u00eb informuar, q\u00eb ato fisnik\u00eb shqiptar, q\u00eb u stabilizuan e jetonin n\u00eb gadishullin Italian, e lan\u00eb n\u00eb harres\u00eb nism\u00ebn p\u00ebr l\u00ebvrimin e shkrimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, gjuh\u00eb e folur e banor\u00ebve t\u00eb cfilitur t\u00eb atdheut, dhe vazhduan me botimin e ribotimin e veprave t\u00eb tyre, n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e kultur\u00ebs europiane dhe n\u00eb fakt edhe ato i sh\u00ebrbyen kultur\u00ebs e kombit ton\u00eb. Ndryshe \u00ebsht\u00eb fillesa e Lek\u00eb Matrang\u00ebs e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt pas tij, q\u00eb i drejtoheshin masave t\u00eb gj\u00ebra shqiptar\u00ebsh, megjithse jasht\u00eb atdheut, n\u00eb fshatra e zona t\u00eb izoluara. E n\u00eb k\u00ebto koh\u00eb kemi edhe shembuj, kur ato u kthyen n\u00eb atdhe, p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar, si Muzakajt, Aranit\u00ebt, Dukagjin\u00ebt n\u00ebn udh\u00ebheqjen e Kastiot\u00ebve. Por kishte dhe nj\u00eb grup tjet\u00ebr, q\u00eb mendonin edhe p\u00ebr q\u00ebndres\u00ebn e shpirtit komb\u00ebtar, krahas q\u00ebndres\u00ebs s\u00eb armatosur, n\u00eb k\u00ebto momente, kur flaka e qiriut p\u00ebrthyhej nga err\u00ebsirat gllab\u00ebruse. Kjo shtres\u00eb kryesisht\u00eb rridhte e banonte nga territore qarkuese t\u00eb qyteteve shqiptare, q\u00eb dikur kishin patur shk\u00eblqimn e zhvillimin n\u00eb nj\u00eb hap me Europ\u00ebn P\u00ebrendimore. N\u00eb shekujt XVI-XVII nga periferia e qyteteve shqiptare, ishin Bardhajt e Sap\u00ebs, nga rrethinat e Lezh\u00ebs, Budi i Matit, Bogdani e Mazrreku, t\u00eb rrethinave t\u00eb Prizrenit, Nikolla Mekajshi n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Beratit e Elbasanit, por nuk duhet t\u00eb harrojm\u00eb, q\u00eb n\u00eb shekullin XVI, kemi nga dera fisnike e Zezajve, Gjon Brunin (Zezaj).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pik\u00ebrisht ky, n\u00eb vitin 1551 ngarkohet n\u00eb drejtimin e Dio\u00e7ezit t\u00eb Ulqinit, i cili ishte n\u00eb Koncilin e Trentit, n\u00eb sesionin e vitit 1551. Ky merr pjes\u00eb edhe n\u00eb sesionet e tjera t\u00eb k\u00ebtij Koncili, dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb i vetmi ipeshkv, q\u00eb ka mbetur n\u00eb territoret shqiptare n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00cbsht\u00eb koha m\u00eb kritike p\u00ebr krisht\u00ebrimin n\u00eb tokat shqiptare, t\u00eb gjitha kishat kishin mbetur pa ipeshkvinj\u00eb. Vet\u00ebm Gjon Bruni (Zezaj) \u00ebsht\u00eb me nj\u00eb funksion t\u00eb tille. Mirpo, megjith\u00ebse kjo periudhe (1551-1557) \u00ebsht\u00eb, nj\u00eb nga etapat m\u00eb t\u00eb veshtira, kur krisht\u00ebrimi mendohej, se po rr\u00ebnohej, k\u00ebt\u00eb Gjon Brunin e shohim, q\u00eb l\u00ebviz n\u00ebp\u00ebr krahinat e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb Veriore dhe rinderton kisha e kuvende katolike. N\u00eb vitin 1557 e gjejm\u00eb n\u00eb La\u00e7 (Kurbi), q\u00eb dokumentohet nga nj\u00eb mbishkrim n\u00eb murin e kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Shnandojt, kurse Frang Bardhi na flet p\u00ebr rindertimin e disa kishave n\u00eb Zadrim\u00eb, nga ky prelat shqiptar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>P\u00ebr zbatimin e vendimeve t\u00eb Koncilit t\u00eb Trentit ne k\u00ebto vite, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, besojm\u00eb, se nuk mundet t\u00eb flitet. K\u00ebtu bjerrja dhe shthurja e organizimit kishtar \u00ebsht\u00eb nga mungesa dhe padijes (mos p\u00ebrgaditjes) s\u00eb klerik\u00ebve. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kushte me 5 janar 1555 botohet Meshari. \u00cbsht\u00eb e tep\u00ebrt t\u00eb permendim, q\u00eb ky liber fetar shqip, \u00ebsht\u00eb arm\u00eb e mjet tep\u00ebr i fuqish\u00ebm dhe efektiv p\u00ebr ruajtjen e etnokultur\u00ebs shqiptare, ne nj\u00eb koh\u00eb sulmi, drobitje, shkat\u00ebrrimi, deri ne shfarosje e zhdukje monumentesh kulti e laike, q\u00eb ishin krijuar e trash\u00ebguar n\u00eb shekuj. Sulmi ndaj Arb\u00ebris\u00eb, nuk ishte m\u00eb, vet\u00ebm me forca ushtarake, si u b\u00eb n\u00eb shekullin e XV, por tani ka filluar invazioni me pervet\u00ebsime pasurish\u00eb t\u00eb pa lujt\u00ebshme, me shkat\u00ebrrim t\u00eb institucioneve kishtare dhe zyrtarizimi i institucioneve, i gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb shkruar dhe m\u00ebsimeve t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb perandoris\u00eb.
