Per \u00e7far duhet te ekzistoj ky institucion qe eshte perdorur si gjobvenes dhe si nje institucion qe ka menduar se \u201c tremb\u201d politikisht njerez qe nuk jane brenda stanit te felliqur te atyre qe emeruan dhe mbajten ne krye te ketij insitucioni nje funderrine drejtor????<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Po institucioni ILDKPI \u00e7far pune do bej kur shoh qe ne debatet per te hequr mandatin deputetes Olta Xha\u00e7ka, media prane qeverise nxitojne te nxjerin vendimin e Gjykates Kushtetuese te rastit Valentina Leskaj qe Deputeti dhe \u00e7do i zgjedhur me te drejte nuk mban pergjegjesi per familjaret<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Atehere sipas vendimit te Gjykates Kushtetuese edhe per deklarim deri ne 2 milion euro te \u00e7do familjari te njerezve te pushtetit nuk ka asnje mundesi frenimi qe qeveritaret nepermjet familjareve te tyre mund te pastrojne mbi 10 milion euro me kete ligj te amnistise<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Pse vendimi i Gjykates Kushtetuese nuk ka gjetur zbatim per Qytetare te tjere qe me ligjin bastard te ofl jane penalizuar se kane patur nje familjare te denuar para shume kohesh???<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Po sipas ketij vendimi te drejte te Gjykates Kushtetuese per rastin e Zj Leskaj, pse jane larguar nga drejtesia me qindra prokuror e gjyqtare se kane patur njerez te larget te familjes me pasuri te pa justifikuar ose me pre\u00e7edent penal???<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Meqenese ky vendim i drejte i Gjykates Kushtetuese per rastin Leskaj meret si model pozitiv per te mbrojtur Zj Xha\u00e7ka, atehere pse spaku dhe gjykata e posa\u00e7me sekuestrojne pasurite e deputetit te Beratit Z Kasem Mahmutaj ?????<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
