Kriz\u00eb politike n\u00eb Malin e Zi, – Parlamenti e shpall masakr\u00ebn e Srebrenic\u00ebs GJENOCID dhe shkarkon ministrin filoserb t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb<\/p>\n

20 qershor 2021<\/p>\n

Parlamenti i Malit t\u00eb Zi miratoi t\u00eb enjten me nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb prej dy t\u00eb tretash rezolut\u00ebn q\u00eb njeh dhe d\u00ebnon gjenocidin n\u00eb Srebrenic\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1995, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn u vran\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 8.000 boshnjak\u00eb. P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebsaj rezolute, e cila edhe ndalon mohimin publik t\u00eb ekzistenc\u00ebs ose relativizimin e k\u00ebtij gjenocidi, 11 korriku shpallet gjithashtu dita e p\u00ebrkujtimit t\u00eb viktimave t\u00eb Srebrenic\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr miratimin e rezolut\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e k\u00ebrkoi opozita, votuan 55 deputet\u00eb, 40 nga opozita por edhe 15 nga maxhoranca, kund\u00ebr ishin 19 nga Fronti Demokratik n\u00eb pushtet, 7 abstenuan. Pro ishin edhe URA dhe demokrat\u00ebt nga maxhoranca, pas miratimit t\u00eb korigjimit t\u00eb tyre, se faji p\u00ebr krimet n\u00eb luft\u00ebrat e viteve 1990 nuk mund t\u2019i atribuohet asnj\u00eb kombi, por \u00ebsht\u00eb individual.<\/p>\n

\u201cBesoj se kemi d\u00ebrguar nj\u00eb sinjal t\u00eb qart\u00eb se Mali i Zi \u00ebsht\u00eb qendra e demokracis\u00eb n\u00eb rajon\u201d, tha udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsi i partis\u00eb Boshnjake Ervin Ibrahimovi\u00e7, nd\u00ebrsa kreu i komunitetit islamik t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi Rifat Fejzi\u00e7 tha se mb\u00ebshtetja e dy t\u00eb tretave p\u00ebr rezolut\u00ebn e genocidit t\u00eb Srebrenic\u00ebs forcon besimin n\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme m\u00eb e ndritur dhe se nj\u00eb Mal i Zi i till\u00eb ec\u00ebn n\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt drejt Bashkimit Evropian.<\/p>\n

Miratimin e rezolut\u00ebs e mund\u00ebsoi Partia opozitare Demokratike e Socialist\u00ebve (DPS) e presidentit t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, Milo Gjukanovi\u00e7, i cila me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast u kthye n\u00eb parlamentin q\u00eb e bojkoton<\/a>. Deputeti i k\u00ebsaj partie, Andrija Nikoli\u00e7, tha se me hapin e tyre \u201ci ruajt\u00ebn fytyr\u00ebn Malit t\u00eb Zi p\u00ebrpara bot\u00ebs demokratike\u201d. Kund\u00ebr rezolut\u00ebs ishin deputet\u00ebt e Frontit Demokratik n\u00eb pushtet, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk pranojn\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb Srebrenic\u00eb ka ndodhur gjenocid.<\/p>\n

Ata k\u00ebrkuan q\u00eb rezoluta t\u00eb d\u00ebnoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha krimet n\u00eb Bosnj\u00eb-Hercegovin\u00eb dhe ish-Jugosllavi, si dhe q\u00eb termi gjenocid t\u00eb fshihet, sepse ata pretendojn\u00eb se me t\u00eb b\u00ebhet dallim midis viktimave, por edhe se i vihet faji n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb padrejt\u00eb p\u00ebr krime vet\u00ebm popullit serb. Propozimet e tyre p\u00ebr ndryshime u refuzuan.<\/p>\n

Shkarkohet ministri p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb Srebrenic\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n

Po n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn seanc\u00eb parlamenti me votat e opozit\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb 4 deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb koalicionit n\u00eb pushtet URA \u201cE zeza n\u00eb t\u00eb bardh\u00eb\u201d e z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministrit Dritan Abazovi\u00e7, shkarkoi ministrin e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, t\u00eb t\u00eb Drejtave t\u00eb Njeriut dhe Pakicave, Vladimir Leposavi\u00e7. At\u00eb e \u201crr\u00ebzoi\u201d pik\u00ebrisht Srebrenica, deklarata e tij rreth tre muaj m\u00eb par\u00eb, kur i pyetur n\u00eb parlament nga deputeti i DPS Andrija Nikoli\u00e7, tha se nuk e pranonte, q\u00eb n\u00eb Srebrenic\u00eb t\u00eb kishte ndodhur genocid.<\/p>\n

Shkarkimi u k\u00ebrkua nga kryeministri Zdravko Krivokapi\u00e7, nd\u00ebrsa Fronti Demokratik doli n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb Leposavi\u00e7it. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb shkarkimit t\u00eb Leposavi\u00e7it kulminoi kriza disamujore e pushtetit dhe qeveris\u00eb, sepse Fronti Demokratik b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur se do t\u00eb bojkotoj\u00eb parlamentin dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb re lidhur me qeverisjen me Krivokapi\u00e7in, demokrat\u00ebt dhe URA-n.<\/p>\n

Meq\u00eb DPS e bojkoton parlamentin, ai tani \u00ebsht\u00eb bllokuar, sepse nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb kuorum p\u00ebr marrjen e vendimeve.<\/p>\n

\u201cNdodhi mashtrimi i madh i votuesve dhe u formua nj\u00eb koalicion joparimor i DPS dhe pjes\u00ebve t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi. Tani ne po e kthejm\u00eb situat\u00ebn n\u00eb zero dhe po k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb re. Ne ju p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndesim dhe qofshi t\u00eb lumtur me DPS\u201d, u tha koleg\u00ebve t\u00eb partive n\u00eb pushtet deputeti i Frontit Demokratik (DF) Slaven Radunovi\u00e7.<\/p>\n

Udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e DF Andrija Mandi\u00e7 dhe Milan Knezhevi\u00e7 shkuan edhe nj\u00eb hap m\u00eb tej. Mandi\u00e7 tha se k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nj\u00eb qeveri t\u00eb re pa Krivokapi\u00e7in ose zgjedhje t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme dhe e quajti rezolut\u00ebn p\u00ebr Srebrenic\u00ebn \u201ct\u00eb turpshme dhe tradhtare\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa Knezhevi\u00e7 i k\u00ebrkoi falje Serbis\u00eb dhe popullit serb sepse, si\u00e7 tha ai, \u201casnj\u00eb nga qytetar\u00ebt, q\u00eb votuan p\u00ebr ndryshimet n\u00eb Malin e Zi dhe kund\u00ebr Milo Gjukanovi\u00e7it, nuk mund ta kishin menduar se nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e shumic\u00ebs parlamentare do ta shpallte Serbin\u00eb dhe popullin serb genocidal\u201d.<\/p>\n
