Ishte periudha kur Perandoria Osmane ishte n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e saj m\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqija.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fotot jan\u00eb publikuar n\u00eb faqen e albanologut t\u00eb ndjer\u00eb, Robert Elsie.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSulltani osman, Abdyl Hamiti i dyt\u00eb (periudha e sundimit 1876-1909), mbret\u00ebroi mbi nj\u00eb perandori (p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, Kosov\u00ebn dhe Maqedonin\u00eb) e cila po shkonte drejt shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrjes. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb sundimit t\u00eb tij, sulltani u b\u00eb paranojak. Nuk udh\u00ebtoi m\u00eb dhe rrall\u00eb shfaqej n\u00eb publik. P\u00ebr t\u2019u informuar p\u00ebr gjendjen e perandoris\u00eb, kishte nj\u00eb rrjet spiun\u00ebsh, por edhe fotograf\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt b\u00ebnin foto t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb tij shum\u00ebkomb\u00ebsh. Kur n\u00eb vitin 1909 u detyrua t\u00eb jepte dor\u00ebheqjen, koleksioni i tij fotografik ngeli n\u00eb Jildiz-Saraj deri sa u transferua n\u00eb Bibliotek\u00ebn e Universitetit t\u00eb Stambollit. Aty mbeti p\u00ebr vite i paprekur. I jemi mir\u00ebnjoh\u00ebs Bibliotek\u00ebs p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e paraqitjes k\u00ebtu t\u00eb nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb fotografive nga Shqip\u00ebria dhe Ballkani per\u00ebndimor (fotot e Shkupit, Ka\u00e7anikut, Ferizajt, Prishtin\u00ebs, Shkodr\u00ebs, Podgoric\u00ebs dhe Ulqinit). Fal\u00ebnderojm\u00eb gjithashtu zotin Andr\u00e1s Riedlmayer nga Biblioteka e Arteve t\u00eb Bukura e Universitetit t\u00eb Harvardit p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrkthimin e titujve nga osmanishtja.
