T\u00eb d\u00ebnohen zyrtar\u00ebt e partis\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb krime zgjedhore<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>7 dhjetor 2020<\/p>\n<p>Asambleja Politike e Partis\u00eb Popullore Europiane, n\u00eb nj\u00eb rezolut\u00eb t\u00eb miratuar sot, 7 Dhjetor 2020 i b\u00ebn thirrje qeveris\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb \u00e7do p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb tejkaluar kriz\u00ebn e thell\u00eb kushtetuese dhe politike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Asambleja shpreh mb\u00ebshtetjen p\u00ebr Partin\u00eb Demokratike n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur zgjidhje p\u00ebr shqet\u00ebsimet e saj legjitime dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur aspiratat europiane t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>PPE vler\u00ebson si jetike r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb lira n\u00eb p\u00ebrparimin n\u00eb procesin e integrimit dhe vler\u00ebson dakord\u00ebsin\u00eb e 5-Qershorit, nd\u00ebrsa d\u00ebnon shkeljen e saj nga qeveria me ndryshime ligjore t\u00eb nj\u00ebanshme.<\/p>\n<p>Asambleja Politike e PPE nxit fuqimisht Kuvendin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i bindet dhe t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb opinionin e k\u00ebrkuar nga Komisioni i Venecias p\u00ebr ndryshimet kushtetuese dhe ligjore lidhur me zgjedhjet e 25 prillit.<\/p>\n<p>PPE i b\u00ebn thirrje t\u00eb d\u00ebnohen zyrtar\u00ebt e partis\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb krime zgjedhore referuar dosjeve t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb nr. 184 dhe 339 dhe e konsideron t\u00eb papranuesh\u00ebm bllokimin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe pand\u00ebshkueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, rezoluta k\u00ebrkon fuqimisht luftimin e pastrimit t\u00eb parave t\u00eb investuara n\u00eb projektet e nd\u00ebrtimit n\u00eb rastet e Bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr Asamblen\u00eb politike t\u00eb PPE-s\u00eb, funksionimi normal i Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese, Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Larta dhe institucioneve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i domosdosh\u00ebm dhe urgjent, ashtu sikund\u00ebr progresi institucional i Reform\u00ebs n\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb i pamjaftuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr sa koh\u00eb asnj\u00eb rast i korrupsionit t\u00eb lart\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnuar apo sjell\u00eb p\u00ebrpara drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb i k\u00ebrkohet t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb shembuj konkret\u00eb dhe t\u00eb qart\u00eb t\u00eb progresit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu, rezoluta adreson shqet\u00ebsimin e Bashkimit Europian sa i p\u00ebrket Ligjit p\u00ebr Median t\u00eb Dhjetorit 2019 dhe mosveprimit t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb dhe Kuvendit pas opinionit p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs t\u00eb Komisionit t\u00eb Venecias.<\/p>\n<p><em>j.l.\/ dita<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PPE rezolut\u00eb p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb: T\u00eb zbatohet opinioni i Venecias p\u00ebr Reform\u00ebn Zgjedhore.
