T\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn bllokoi Polonia dhe Hungaria buxhetin e BE. T\u00eb mart\u00ebn Bullgaria vendosi veto kund\u00ebr nj\u00eb projekti t\u00eb vendosur me koh\u00eb ne BE. Qeveria bullgare ishte kund\u00ebr konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb nd\u00ebrqeveritare me Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar negociatat me qeverin\u00eb e k\u00ebtij vendi. Presidenca gjermane q\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtet hapjen e konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb nd\u00ebrqeveritare u p\u00ebrpoq m\u00eb kot t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsoj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ministri i Shtetit p\u00ebr Europ\u00ebn, Michael Roth apeloi tek vendet an\u00ebtare q\u00eb &#8220;procesin e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb mos e b\u00ebjn\u00eb peng t\u00eb problemeve bilaterale mes vendeve t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta an\u00ebtare.&#8221; Bullgaria k\u00ebrkon nga Maqedonia e Veriut t\u00eb njoh\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt bullgare n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn dhe historin\u00eb e saj. Madje u d\u00ebgjua edhe k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr njohjen e gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb vendit jo si maqedonishte, por si dialekt i bullgarishtes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bullgarisht? Maqedonisht?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Maqedonia e Veriut k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul me tone relativisht t\u00eb forta antibullgare p\u00ebr m\u00ebvet\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj komb\u00ebtare. Nj\u00eb grindje q\u00eb zien prej vitesh, por q\u00eb shum\u00eb vende an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE e mendonin si t\u00eb shuar. Vet\u00ebm pas nj\u00eb grindjeje dhjet\u00ebra vje\u00e7are ky vend arriti t\u00eb zgjidh\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e emrit me Greqin\u00eb duke ndryshuar emrin n\u00eb Maqedoni e Veriut. Tani erdhi vetoja bullgare. Kjo duhet t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb shum\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjim n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut dhe nuk kontribuon n\u00eb \u00e7tensionimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies mes dy vendeve, q\u00eb madje n\u00eb vitin 2017 n\u00ebnshkruan edhe nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje miq\u00ebsie.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn tre institute nga Maqedonia e Veriut publikuan nj\u00eb prononcim. &#8220;Vendi yn\u00eb ka ndryshuar madje emrin i frym\u00ebzuar nga premtimet e BE. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye kjo bllokad\u00eb e re nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb mashtrim ndaj qytetar\u00ebve maqedonas, por edhe tradhti ndaj vlerave europiane&#8221;, thuhet n\u00eb publikimin e Institutit p\u00ebr Demokracin\u00eb, t\u00eb Institutit p\u00ebr Politik\u00ebn Europiane dhe atij Eurothink n\u00eb Shkup.<\/p>\n<p>Ministrja e Jashtme e Bullgaris\u00eb, Ekaterina Zaharieva tha se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut n\u00eb BE, po negociatat nuk mund t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb tani. &#8220;Askush nuk ua mohon atyre t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb vet\u00eb kombin e tyre dhe gjuh\u00ebn e tyre, si t\u00eb duan, por ne nuk mund t\u00eb miratojm\u00eb, q\u00eb kjo e drejt\u00eb t\u00eb bazohet n\u00eb urrejtje, keqinterpretim historik dhe mohimin e Bullgaris\u00eb.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Presidenca gjermane d\u00ebshton<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb n\u00eb mars krer\u00ebt e shteteve dhe qeverive t\u00eb BE dhan\u00eb drit\u00ebn e gjelb\u00ebr p\u00ebr \u00e7eljen e negociatave me Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut dhe Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. K\u00ebt\u00eb e kujtoi t\u00eb mart\u00ebn ministri gjerman i Shtetit p\u00ebr Europ\u00ebn, Michael Roth. &#8220;Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb interesin e thell\u00eb t\u00eb BE q\u00eb t\u00eb fillojm\u00eb sa m\u00eb shpejt. Pragmatik dhe me solidaritet.&#8221; Ai u shpreh p\u00ebr nj\u00eb &#8220;sinjal t\u00eb qart\u00eb t\u00eb besueshm\u00ebris\u00eb&#8221; dhe theksoi, se stabiliteti dhe demokracia p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi n\u00eb BE kan\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi strategjike p\u00ebr Ballkanin.<\/p>\n<p>Por megjith\u00eb deklaratat e Michael Roth, p\u00ebr momentin nuk duket se \u00e7elja e negociatave do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet kaq shpejt. Holanda po ashtu ka ende rezerva p\u00ebr \u00e7eljen e negociatave me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Ky vend k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb funksionimin e Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese dhe t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb ligjin p\u00ebr median, para se t\u00eb flitet p\u00ebr \u00e7eljen e negociatave. Me Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut holandez\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb problem. Kryeministri Edi Rama n\u00eb nj\u00eb bised\u00eb me gazetar\u00ebt para dy jav\u00ebsh, e mohoi se ka ende kushte t\u00eb hapura.
