Kemi marr\u00eb eksperienc\u00ebn e vendeve m\u00eb demokratike. Nj\u00eb kandidat q\u00eb t\u00eb zgjidhet deputet pa mb\u00ebshtetjen e partis\u00eb, nuk shpreh vullnetin demokratik. N\u00eb Tiran\u00eb mund t\u00eb kandidojn\u00eb 36 persona dhe marrin nga 300 vota, dhe del ai me 301.
