Shuma e parave do paguhet pas humbjes s\u00eb gjyqit n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Arbitrazhit mes shtetit shqiptar dhe biznesmenit italian, p\u00ebr mbylljen e padrejt\u00eb t\u00eb televizionit \u201cAgon Channel\u201d. Gjoba q\u00eb gjykata i ka v\u00ebn\u00eb qeveris\u00eb \u201cRama\u201d d\u00ebshmon jo vet\u00ebm goditjen ndaj medias dhe censur\u00ebn shtetrore, por \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb kosto p\u00ebr taksatpaguesit shqiptar\u00eb.\u00a0 Kaq para sa do t\u00eb marr\u00eb biznesmeni italian p\u00ebr sjelljet antiligjore t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb \u201cRama\u201d nuk kan\u00eb marr\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb dhe oligark\u00ebt tan\u00eb si ndihma p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kriz\u00ebs ekonomike t\u00eb pandemis\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 15.0pt;line-height: 19.5pt;background: white;vertical-align: baseline\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Roboto','serif';color: #333333\">Por n\u00ebse 109 milion\u00eb jan\u00eb nj\u00eb shif\u00ebr e frikshme p\u00ebr buxhetin e shtetit, e keqja nuk ka mbaruar me kaq. Franccesco Becchetti operonte prej vitesh n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe ve\u00e7 televizionit kishte dhe dy biznese t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb ju sekuestruan n\u00eb vitin 2015 pas p\u00ebrplasjes me qeverin\u00eb \u201cRama\u201d. Konkretisht b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr projektin e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb Hidrocentralit t\u00eb Kaliva\u00e7it, nj\u00eb kontrat\u00eb e fituar q\u00eb gjat\u00eb qeverisjes s\u00eb Fatos Nanos dhe biznesin e trajtimi t\u00eb mbetjeve \u201cAlbanian Beg\u201d. Ndryshe nga sektori i medias, dy kontratat e fundit jan\u00eb modele koncesionare q\u00eb i ka fituar n\u00eb vite nga qeverit\u00eb shqiptare. Bashk\u00eb me median, Edi Rama i sekuestroi k\u00ebto biznese dhe anuloi kontratat. N\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Arbitrazhit Becchetti nuk ka vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb padi, por tre. T\u00eb par\u00ebn e fitoi dhe mori 109 milion\u00eb euro, nd\u00ebrsa dy t\u00eb tjerat jan\u00eb drejt vendimit final n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb. Interesat e shtetit shqiptar n\u00eb arbitrazh mbrohen nga Avokatura e Shtetit, institucion n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb, i cili deri m\u00eb sot nuk ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb asnj\u00eb detaj lidhur me k\u00ebto procese gjyq\u00ebsore. Shifrat p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat \u00ebsht\u00eb paditur shteti yn\u00eb dhe ecuria e procesit trajtohen si sekret shtet\u00ebror. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb burime thon\u00eb se n\u00eb total tre padit\u00eb arrijn\u00eb nj\u00eb shif\u00ebr prej rreth 350 milion\u00eb eurosh.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 15.0pt;line-height: 19.5pt;background: white;vertical-align: baseline\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Roboto','serif';color: #333333\">Gjyqi i par\u00eb, edhe pse Edi Rama tha se nuk ka shanse t\u00eb humbej nga qeveria dhe nuk do ti jepej biznesmenit asnj\u00eb lek\u00eb, tashm\u00eb quhet bast i humbur dhe buxheti i shtetit ka 109 milion\u00eb euro m\u00eb pak. Mir\u00ebpo edhe dy gjyqet e tjera, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb, jan\u00eb n\u00eb favor t\u00eb biznesmenit italian. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rit\u00ebm humbjesh, duket se shumica e buxhetit t\u00eb vitit 2021 do t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb i gjithi n\u00eb llogarin\u00eb e bankare t\u00eb biznesmenit italian. Shumat q\u00eb diskutohen jan\u00eb t\u00eb frikshme dhe hapin nj\u00eb grop\u00eb t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb financat e vendit, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e pandemis\u00eb dhe kriz\u00ebs ekonomike. Franccesco Beccetti \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb rast nga dhjet\u00ebra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb qeveria \u201cRama\u201d ka humbur n\u00eb arbitrazh. Humbjet jan\u00eb aq t\u00eb m\u00ebdha sa duket sikur taksat e qytetar\u00ebve po shkojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb lar\u00eb gjobat e qeveris\u00eb dhe jo p\u00ebr investime. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb buxheti i shtetit po shkon p\u00ebr pagesa gjobash dhe penalitetesh deri m\u00eb sot nuk ka asnj\u00eb reagim nga qeveria dhe Kuvendi p\u00ebr masakr\u00ebn financiare. Nuk po flasim n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb i drejt\u00eb apo jo d\u00ebnimi nga nj\u00eb gjykat\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr mbylljen e \u201cAgon Channel\u201d. Ajo sigurisht ishte gaf\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb e qeveris\u00eb \u201cRama\u201d q\u00eb po e paguajm\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb. Problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb tek dhjet\u00ebra gjyqe t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb shteti shqiptar po i humbet nj\u00eb pas nj\u00eb dhe askush nuk mban p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi.
