(\u00a0 2000)<\/p>\n<p><strong>TESTAMENTI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Gjon Muzaka, nj\u00ebri nga princ\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb famsh\u00ebm shqiptar\u00eb me nj\u00eb fat gati shekspirian, midis luft\u00ebrave t\u00eb egra, tragjedive familjare dhe g\u00ebzimit t\u00eb mundimsh\u00ebm n\u00eb Napoli n\u00eb vitin 1510, ndjen si nj\u00eb ankth t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm, si nj\u00eb rr\u00ebfim t\u00eb dhimsh\u00ebm, gati providencial, q\u00eb t\u00eb shkruaj\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj testamenti, d\u00ebshmit\u00eb e tij t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuara, t\u00eb bashkuara me d\u00ebshmi historike t\u00eb karakterit libror, por edhe d\u00ebshmi goj\u00ebdhanore, p\u00ebr t\u2019u l\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebshtu f\u00ebmij\u00ebve por dhe nip\u00ebrve, nj\u00eb kujtes\u00eb princ\u00ebrore p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nisma e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb e pazakont\u00eb dhe me sa duket deri m\u00eb sot e vetme. Nuk ruhet asnj\u00eb testament i shkruar para vdekjes, nga Gjergj Kastriot Sk\u00ebnderbeu. Sipas zakonit t\u00eb koh\u00ebs ka qen\u00eb madje e detyrueshme q\u00eb intelektual\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj kishtar\u00eb ose dhe pa tituj t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb hierarkik\u00eb, d.m.th. qoft\u00eb Barleti, Buzuku apo Onufri n\u00eb \u00e7astin e paravdekjes t\u00eb b\u00ebnin rr\u00ebfimin dhe kungimin e fundit, madje n\u00eb prani t\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve t\u00eb linin testamente t\u00eb shkruara. Nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb fjala vjen Pjet\u00ebr Bogdani.<\/p>\n<p>Duke lexuar testamentin e Pjet\u00ebr Bogdanit, q\u00eb ai e shkroi n\u00eb latinisht kupton di\u00e7ka t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, sidomos p\u00ebr at\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm\u00a0 q\u00eb detyron kishtar\u00ebt t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb testamente.\u00a0 Nuk dim\u00eb asgj\u00eb, absolutisht asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr testamentet e princ\u00ebrve t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj dhe t\u00eb habitsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, p\u00ebr Balshajt, Topiajt, p\u00ebr Zenebisht\u00ebt, Zahariat etj. Ndoshta edhe kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb testamente t\u00eb tilla, por \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fakt q\u00eb koha\u00a0 nuk i ka kursyer dhe i ka zhdukur, ose mund t\u00eb ndodhen n\u00eb arkiva europiane si n\u00eb nj\u00eb varrosje t\u00eb shurdh\u00ebt, n\u00ebn blindazhin e harres\u00ebs s\u00eb pam\u00ebshir\u00ebshme.<\/p>\n<p>Habit\u00ebrisht Testamenti i Gjon Muzak\u00ebs, u ruajt n\u00eb Bibliotek\u00ebn Branka\u00e7iane t\u00eb Napolit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb 1863 nj\u00eb historian\u00a0 i pasionuar gjerman Karl Hopf (1832-1873) e zbuloi dor\u00ebshkrimin e Muzak\u00ebs dhe u mahnit. P\u00ebr nj\u00eb rast\u00ebsi edhe tragjike por edhe fatdh\u00ebn\u00ebse p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve, ai e botoi t\u00eb plot\u00eb dor\u00ebshkrimin Muzakian n\u00eb vitin 1873 n\u00eb librin e tij \u201cKronikat greko-romane\u201d, q\u00eb e botoi fr\u00ebngjisht n\u00eb Berlin at\u00eb vit q\u00eb ai vdiq, n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 41 vje\u00e7are.\u00a0 N\u00ebse do t\u00eb kish vdekur qoft\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb pare, ende sot teksti i Muzak\u00ebs do t\u00eb kishte mbetur n\u00eb terr. Ja pra, q\u00eb nj\u00eb vit jet\u00eb njeriu s\u00eb bashku me fatalitetin e vdekjes, mund t\u00eb sjell\u00eb edhe drit\u00ebn verbuese t\u00eb nj\u00eb zbulimi t\u00eb vigan\u00ebve si Barleti, Buzuku dhe Onufri, nuk duhet t\u00eb harroj, nuk kam t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb bisht\u00ebnoj edhe biblizmin e Gjon Muzak\u00ebs, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb princ i krishter\u00eb, q\u00eb e nis testamentin e tij p\u00ebr brezat pik\u00ebrisht me nj\u00eb apologji\u00a0 biblike, gjithshtu universale.<\/p>\n<p>Pa dashur t\u00eb shtoj vargun e vigan\u00ebve, mendoj se edhe d\u00ebshmia m\u00eb modeste e princit t\u00eb paharruar Gjon Muzaka duhet patur parasysh, sepse shton, perfeksionon, kthjellt\u00ebson, lart\u00ebson biblizmin shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Filllimi i
