III p.e.s, eshte vandalizuar dy muaj me pare dhe eshte rrezuar ne kete gjendje, vetem 200 metra larg zyrave te drejtorise se parkut. Qe prej ketij momenti drejtuesit e Parkut te Apollonise dhe Bylisit, jo vetem qe nuk kane marre asnje mase per ta vendosur ne mbrojtje te metejshme kolonen, por mesohet se nuk kane njoftuar as policine dhe mbajtur nje procesverbal per demtimin. Per me teper ata nuk kane vene ne dijeni as Institutin e Arkeologjise per kete demtim.
