AKU nxjerr udh\u00ebzimin me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi<\/p>\n<p><strong>Agjencia e Ushqimit dhe e Barnave e SHBA deklaron se aktualisht nuk ka asnj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi se paketimi i ushqimit ose ushqimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i lidhur me transmetimin e COVID-19.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Megjithat\u00eb duhen shmangur s\u00ebmundje me origjin\u00eb ushqimore, k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se cdo her\u00eb tjeter.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Autoriteti Komb\u00ebtar i Ushqimit publikon informacionet nga Agjencia Ushqimore dhe e Barnave t\u00eb Shteteve t\u00eb Bashkuara Amerik\u00ebs (FDA).<\/p>\n<p>FDA \u2013 Agjencia e Ushqimit dhe e Barnave e SHBA deklaron: Aktualisht nuk ka asnj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi se paketimi i ushqimit ose ushqimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i lidhur me transmetimin e COVID-19, por duhen shmangur s\u00ebmundje me origjin\u00eb ushqimore, k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se cdo her\u00eb tjeter, sic jane helmimet ushqimore. Viruset gastrointestinale (GI) t\u00eb mbartura nga ushqimi, si norovirusi dhe hepatiti A, mund t\u2019i b\u00ebjn\u00eb njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00eb p\u00ebrmes ushqimit t\u00eb kontaminuar. SARS-CoV-2, q\u00eb shkakton COVID-19, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb virus q\u00eb shkakton s\u00ebmundje t\u00eb frym\u00ebmarrjes.<\/p>\n<p>FDA k\u00ebshillon q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim praktikat e p\u00ebrditshme t\u00eb trajtimit t\u00eb ushqimit t\u00eb sigurt dhe higjen\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur s\u00ebmundjet q\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga ushqimi:<br \/>\nTrajtoni ushqimet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt duke ndjekur k\u00ebto kat\u00ebr hapa t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb: pastroni, ndani, gatuani dhe ftohni.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pastroni<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Lani shpesh duart dhe sip\u00ebrfaqet<br \/>\n\u2013 Lani duart me uj\u00eb t\u00eb ngroht\u00eb dhe sapun p\u00ebr t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 20 sekonda para dhe pas trajtimit t\u00eb ushqimit dhe pas p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb banj\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb pelenave dhe trajtimit t\u00eb kafsh\u00ebve sht\u00ebpiake.<br \/>\n\u2013 Lani banaqet tuaja prer\u00ebse, en\u00ebt, veglat dhe anet e banakut me uj\u00eb t\u00eb nxeht\u00eb me sapun pasi t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitni secilin artikull ushqimor.<br \/>\n\u2013 Konsideroni t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorni leter p\u00ebr t\u00eb pastruar sip\u00ebrfaqet e kuzhin\u00ebs. N\u00ebse p\u00ebrdorni peshqir rrobe, lajini shpesh ato n\u00eb ciklin e nxeht\u00eb.<br \/>\n\u2013 Shp\u00eblani fruta dhe perime t\u00eb fresk\u00ebta n\u00ebn uj\u00eb t\u00eb rrjedhsh\u00ebm, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe ato me l\u00ebkur\u00eb q\u00eb nuk hahen. Ferkojeni produktin me nj\u00eb fur\u00e7\u00eb t\u00eb past\u00ebr.<br \/>\n\u2013 Me produkte t\u00eb konservuara, mos harroni t\u00eb pastroni kapak\u00ebt para hapjes.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Ndani<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ndani mishin e papjekur nga ushqimet e tjera<br \/>\n\u2022 Ndani mishin e pap\u00ebrpunuar, shpend\u00ebt, ushqimet e detit dhe vez\u00ebt nga ushqime t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb shport\u00ebn tuaj t\u00eb sendeve ushqimore, \u00e7anta ushqimore dhe frigorifer.<br \/>\n\u2022 P\u00ebrdorni nj\u00eb derrase prer\u00ebse p\u00ebr produkte t\u00eb fresk\u00ebta dhe nj\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr mish t\u00eb papjekur, shpend\u00eb dhe ushqime deti.<br \/>\n\u2022 Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb mos vendosni ushqim t\u00eb gatuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb pjat\u00eb q\u00eb mbanin m\u00eb par\u00eb mish t\u00eb papjekur, fruta deti, mish shpendesh ose vez\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 n\u00ebse pjata \u00ebsht\u00eb lar\u00eb n\u00eb uj\u00eb t\u00eb nxeht\u00eb me sapun.<br \/>\n\u2022 Mos p\u00ebrdorni p\u00ebrs\u00ebri marinadat e p\u00ebrdorura n\u00eb ushqime t\u00eb pap\u00ebrpunuara, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 n\u00ebse i keni zier me pare.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Gatuani<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Gatuani n\u00eb temperatur\u00ebn e duhur<br \/>\n\u2022 Ngjyra dhe konsistenca jan\u00eb tregues t\u00eb besuesh\u00ebm t\u00eb siguris\u00eb. P\u00ebrdorimi i nj\u00eb termometri ushqimor \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebnyra e vetme p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar sigurin\u00eb e mishit, shpend\u00ebve, ushqimeve t\u00eb detit dhe produkteve t\u00eb vez\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha metodat e gatimit. K\u00ebto ushqime duhet t\u00eb gatuhen n\u00eb nj\u00eb temperatur\u00eb minimale t\u00eb brendshme t\u00eb sigurt p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar \u00e7do baktere t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme.<br \/>\n\u2022 Gatuajm\u00eb vez\u00eb derisa t\u00eb verdhat dhe e bardha t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb forta.
