P<span>arashikon rritje t\u00eb tarifave t\u00eb ujit edhe me 75 p\u00ebr qind.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>31 janar \u00a02020<\/p>\n<p>Qeveria shqiptare ka dor\u00ebzuar pran\u00eb Bank\u00ebs Bot\u00ebrore nj\u00eb projekt p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb financim n\u00eb vler\u00ebn 725 milion\u00eb dollar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb shuma m\u00eb e madhe q\u00eb vendi yn\u00eb k\u00ebrkon pran\u00eb nj\u00eb institucioni financiar nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar vitet e fundit.<\/p>\n<p>Institucioni q\u00eb ka paraqitur projektin \u00ebsht\u00eb Ministria e Infrastruktur\u00ebs dhe Energjis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Data m\u00eb e af\u00ebrt e mbledhjes s\u00eb bordit t\u00eb Bank\u00ebs vler\u00ebsohet 9 marsi 2020.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr borxhin e ri p\u00ebrshkruhet si nevoj\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr \u201ct\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar aksesin n\u00eb dh\u00ebnien e sh\u00ebrbimit dhe q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb financiare t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjeve t\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizimeve\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebrkesa pason dokumentin e strategjis\u00eb qeveritare 2020-2030 ku thuhet se vendi \u201cka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr investime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb sektor q\u00eb kapin vler\u00ebn 1.5 miliard euro\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin dokument qeveria parashikon rritje t\u00eb tarifave t\u00eb ujit edhe me 75 p\u00ebr qind p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrballuar zbatimin e strategjis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo rritje sipas qeveris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrballueshme nga shqiptar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cStrategjia Komb\u00ebtare e Sektorit UK p\u00ebrfshin gjithashtu p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsime n\u00eb vendosjen e tarifave n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me parimet e m\u00ebposhtme:\u00a0 Nivelin e mbulimit t\u00eb kostove nga tarifat; tarifa q\u00eb bazohen n\u00eb kosto; politikat tarifore dhe p\u00ebrcaktimi i tarifave do t\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb q\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet UK t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrballueshme n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me praktikat m\u00eb t\u00eb mira nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, ku thuhet se tarifat duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrballueshme duke pasur parasysh q\u00eb fatura ujit dhe kanalizimeve duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb jo m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 5 p\u00ebr qind e t\u00eb ardhurave familjare p\u00ebr familjet me t\u00eb ardhurat m\u00eb t\u00eb ulta\u201d ,<\/em><em>\u00a0\u2013 thuhet n\u00eb dokumentin e qeveris\u00eb, publikuar nga revista ekonomike Monitor.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>j.l. \/ dita<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Qeveria b\u00ebhet gati p\u00ebr nj\u00eb borxh t\u00eb ri 725 milion\u00eb dollar\u00eb.
