Aty u tha tro\u00e7 e shqip prift\u00ebrinj\u00ebve; \u2018\u2019A e din\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e shqiptar\u00ebvet?\u2019\u2019 Esht\u00eb vazhdim i kuvendeve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, q\u00eb u b\u00eb n\u00eb krahinat e Lezh\u00ebs s\u00eb sanxhakut t\u00eb Dukagjinit p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Por jan\u00eb edhe disa rrethana t\u00eb reja nxit\u00ebse p\u00ebr klerik\u00ebt katolik\u00eb t\u00eb dioqezave shqiptare, q\u00eb t\u00eb mblidhen n\u00eb Kish\u00ebn e M\u00ebrqis\u00eb s\u00eb Lezh\u00ebs , si\u00e7 ishin ndryshimet e raporteve fetare q\u00eb u b\u00ebn\u00eb gjat\u00eb shek. XVI-XVII n\u00eb vendin tone, si dhe forma t\u00eb rezistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb katolik\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb duke deformuar traditen kristiane dhe shkelur kanunoren kishtare p\u00ebr t\u2019i shp\u00ebtuar konvertimit islam. Nj\u00eb form\u00eb e rezistenc\u00ebs, ndaj asimilimit islam ishte ( kriptokristianizmi). Kristianizmi i fsheht\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonte nj\u00eb gjendje kalimtare dy besimesh, p\u00ebrmes s\u00eb cil\u00ebs individ\u00eb t\u00eb krishter\u00eb e pranonin islamin vet\u00ebm formalisht, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u2019u shmangeshin taksave t\u00eb r\u00ebnda t\u00eb gjizjes e detyrimeve t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb u vinte besimtar\u00ebve katolik\u00eb shteti islam turk, nd\u00ebrsa publikisht mbaheshin si mysliman\u00eb me emra t\u00eb sfer\u00ebs islamike, shkonin n\u00eb xhami, por n\u00eb familje fshehtas ata ushtronin ritet kishtare. Kjo form\u00eb besimi laramane ishte e papranueshme p\u00ebr Vatikanin. Ky shqet\u00ebsim del qart\u00eb n\u00eb relacionin q\u00eb ipeshkvi i Sap\u00ebs s\u00eb Zadrim\u00ebs, Frang Bardhi, n\u00eb muajin qershor 1638 i b\u00ebn relacion propogand\u00ebs FIDE n\u00eb Rom\u00eb, ku nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera shkruan :<br \/>\n\u201c\u2026shum\u00eb t\u00eb krishten\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto an\u00eb i kan\u00eb ra mohit besimit katolik dhe jan\u00eb bam\u00eb turq, dhe pastaj jan\u00eb pendue e mfshehtas k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb sakramenet, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos vu n\u00eb rrezik pasunin\u00eb e jet\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u2019u kthye botnisht n\u00eb gjendjen e par.\u201d<br \/>\nDhe m\u00eb posht\u00eb v\u00eb n\u00eb dije Rom\u00ebn : \u201c Edhe vjetin e kaluem, n\u00eb relacionin q\u00eb bana p\u00ebr vizit\u00ebn n\u00eb mal\u00ebsi, u shtova Nalt\u00ebsive tueja \u00e7ka do bahet me disa gra t\u00eb kshtena q\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb turqit p\u00ebr burra\u2026Ka kalue tashma vjeti dhe s\u2019kam marr\u00eb ndoj p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj pyetje, e cila \u00e7ashtje na nevoitet shum\u00eb, sepse turqit, burrat e atyne (grave) na k\u00ebrcnojn\u00eb se do t\u2019na d\u00ebmtojn\u00eb shum\u00eb rand\u00eb, sepse nuk ua japim sakramenin e shenjta grave te tyne t\u00eb krishtena, si u tha. Deri tash na keni mbajt\u00eb tue than\u00eb se nuk kemi pushtet meu dhan\u00eb sakramen, por se k\u00ebto pun\u00eb ja keni tregue Pap\u00ebs s\u00eb shejt\u00eb ton\u00eb dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb urdhnue ai na, edhe me humjen e jet\u00ebs son\u00eb, duhet ta zbatojm\u00eb, dhe me kaq jan\u00eb qet\u00ebsue. Por n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se nuk do t\u00eb na vij\u00eb brenda nj\u00eb fare kohe p\u00ebrgjigja p\u00ebr me u dhan\u00eb sakramenin, t\u00eb gjitha grat\u00eb duen meu ba bulla ( myslimane).\u2019\u2019<br \/>\nV\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje i kushtoi Koncili i Arb\u00ebrit ( Kshilli Kishtar i Arb\u00ebrit), i mbledhur n\u00eb Kish\u00ebn e Sh\u00ebn Gjon Pag\u00ebzorit t\u00eb M\u00ebrqis\u00eb, n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb Lezh\u00ebs, me 14 dhe 15 janar1703, me nxitjen e drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb t\u00eb pap\u00ebs Klementi XI me origjin\u00eb shqiptare nga Kelmeni i Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Madhe.<\/p>\n<p>Ky forum i lart\u00eb, q\u00eb u mbajt n\u00eb Kish\u00ebn e Sh\u00ebn Gjon Pag\u00ebzonit, e njohur n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn me emrat si \u201c Kisha e Sh\u00ebn Gjon Kryepremit \u201d apo \u201c Kisha e Kuvendit t\u00eb Arbrit,\u2019\u2019 u kryesua nga arqipeshkvi i Tivarit i Kryeqendr\u00ebs s\u00eb kish\u00ebs katolike shqiptare, Vin\u00e7ens Zmajovi\u00e7, kryepeshkvi i Durr\u00ebsit, Pjet\u00ebr Zumi; kryepeshkvi i Shkupit, Pjet\u00ebr Karaxhi\u00eb me Lek\u00ebn dhe Pjet\u00ebr Dod\u00ebn; Gjergj Totrri ipeshkvi i Sap\u00ebs; Nikoll Vladani ipeshkvi i Lezh\u00ebs; Ndue Babi, ipeshkvi i Shkodr\u00ebs; Marin Gjini, ipeshkvi i Pultit; Frat Exhidio, prefekti apostolik i misioneve t\u00eb Arb\u00ebris\u00eb, Frat Frano a Lycio, profeti apostolik i misioneve t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb, Frat Mertini a Gionima, i pari i trojeve t\u00eb fret\u00ebrve.\u2019\u2019 Mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb edhe prelat\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur t\u00eb vresht\u00ebs s\u00eb Zotit.\u2019\u2019 P\u00ebrmes \u201c Historia e Popullit Shqiptar \u201d evidentohet : \u201c K\u00ebshilli i Peshkop\u00ebve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, i cili u mblodh n\u00eb M\u00ebrqi t\u00eb Lezh\u00ebs, i njohur me emrin \u201c Koncili i Arb\u00ebrit \u201d vendosi t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapej let\u00ebrsia fetare n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe.\u201dP\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, Kuvendi i Arb\u00ebnit i vitit 1703(botimi i vitit 1706) (thot\u00eb)\u2026a e din\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e shqip\u00ebtar\u00ebvet.\u2019\u2019 (H.P. Shqiptar, V.I, Toena 2002, f.694). Dokumenta m\u00eb t\u00eb plota p\u00ebr Kuvendin e Arb\u00ebrit na paraqet studjuesi gjerman Johan Georg fon Hahn, i konsideruar si dekani i studimeve shqiptare p\u00ebr shekullin e 19-t\u00eb. Ai n\u00eb librin e tij \u201c Studime shqiptare \u201d ka nxjerr\u00eb disa pjes\u00eb, nga vendimet e Kuvendit t\u00eb Arb\u00ebrit, t\u00eb cilat japin informacione t\u00eb plota p\u00ebr gjendjen e at\u00ebher\u00ebshme t\u00eb \u00e7do kishe , si dhe p\u00ebr doket e vendit. Autori ka botuar kat\u00ebr pjes\u00eb dhe thelbin e tyre po e parashtrojm\u00eb m\u00eb posht\u00eb. Pjesa e par\u00eb (Para prima) \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndar\u00eb n\u00eb dhjet\u00eb kapituj, ku prezantohet gjendja e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb q\u00eb po kalonte kisha katolike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, si dhe ndalimi i zbatimit t\u00eb kriptokatolikut dhe marrja e masave t\u00eb rrepta ndaj tyre, madje n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst d\u00ebnimi i \u00e7do lloji betimi t\u00eb rrem\u00eb. Pjesa e dyt\u00eb (Pars secunda), ndahet n\u00eb n\u00ebnt\u00eb kapituj. K\u00ebtu flitet kryesisht p\u00ebr ceremonit\u00eb fetare. Pjesa e tret\u00eb ( pars tertia), ndahet n\u00eb tet\u00eb kapituj. K\u00ebtu p\u00ebrve\u00e7 ceremonive fetare, t\u00eb lindjes e martes\u00ebs, koncili ndalet dhe p\u00ebr mosmarr\u00ebveshjet mes dioqezave, p\u00ebr kufijt\u00eb kishtar\u00eb. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje ndalet ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb kapitujt e IV-VII t\u00eb pjes\u00ebs s\u00eb tret\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin dokumenti nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera rezulton: \u201c P\u00ebrmban kufijt\u00eb e dioqezave t\u00eb ndryshme. Grindjet e vazhdueshme dhe t\u00eb idhta p\u00ebr pun\u00eb t\u00eb kufijve midis ipeshk\u00ebve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb kohna t\u00eb hershme nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebqijat m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb kish\u00ebs shqiptare. N\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb till\u00eb p\u00ebr rregullim kufijsh ishte arritur n\u00eb vitin 1638, midis ipeshkvit t\u00eb Lezh\u00ebs dhe arqipeshkvit t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit, si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues i ipeshkvis\u00eb s\u00eb m\u00ebparshme t\u00eb Albanos\u2026\u2019\u2019 Nd\u00ebrsa pjesa e kat\u00ebrt ( pars quarta). Koncili ndalet n\u00eb zakonet shqiptare, respektimi i tyre si dhe m\u00ebsimi e respektimi i gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve.\u2019\u2019<br \/>\n(J. Hahn \u2018\u2019Studime shqiptare\u2019\u2019f. 59 pika 79 )<br \/>\nSi\u00e7 del, Kuvendi i Arbnit i vitit 1703 ( botimi i vitit 1706, faqe 76), tha tro\u00e7 e shqip : \u201c A e dini gjuh\u00ebn e shqiptar\u00ebve\u201d. Prelata shqiptare e mbledhur n\u00eb Kuvendin e M\u00ebrqis\u00eb n\u00eb Lezh\u00eb, vuri re se gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga vatrat tona, po dilte nga anonimati, emri i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb i popullit ton\u00eb, q\u00eb n\u00eb shekuj ishte mbartur n\u00eb fsheht\u00ebsi dhe kjo po tregonte se k\u00ebtu n\u00eb gadishullin e Ballkanit kishte marr\u00eb udh\u00eb, formimi i nj\u00eb kombi t\u00eb ri q\u00eb quhej shqiptar. Pas Kuvendit t\u00eb Arb\u00ebrit t\u00eb vitit 1703, e gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb shek. XVIII, shkall\u00eb-shkall\u00eb erdhi duke u shuar emri i arb\u00ebrve dhe po z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohej me emrin e vertet\u00eb t\u00eb tyre, shqiptar\u00eb, aq sa n\u00eb shek. XIX, studjuesi gjerman J.Hanh, do t\u00eb deklaronte : \u201c Emri i arb\u00ebrit pjes\u00ebrisht p\u00ebrdoret edhe sot (1840), por gjithkund flitet p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebri e shqiptar\u00eb.\u2019\u20191 Gjat\u00eb shek. XIX , ndodhi konsolidimi i plot\u00eb i emrit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, nd\u00ebrsa emri i Arb\u00ebrit u venit. K\u00ebshtu doli nga anonimati n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e Ballkanit per\u00ebndimor, nj\u00eb popull unitar me emrin e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb tyre, shqiptar\u00eb. Kjo ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me formimin e konsolidimin p\u00ebrfundimtar t\u00eb kombit ton\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin n\u00eb vitet 80-t\u00eb t\u00eb shek. XIX, Pashko Vasa do t\u00eb deklaronte : \u201c Feja shqiptarit asht shqiptaria\u201d. Kuvendi i Arb\u00ebrit ka merita t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta n\u00eb historin\u00eb e popullit ton\u00eb, se krahas vendimeve kishtare t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb mori, ndau p\u00ebrfundimisht dy \u201c bot\u00ebt \u201d : \u201c Bot\u00ebn\u201d e kaluar t\u00eb Arb\u00ebrit me \u201c Bot\u00ebn\u201d e shqiptar\u00ebve dhe u tha meshtar\u00ebve katolik\u00eb tro\u00e7 e shqip \u201c A e dini gjuh\u00ebn e shqiptar\u00ebve ? \u201d si dhe porositi q\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsohej gjuha shqipe.<br \/>\nQ\u00eb emri i shqiptar \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur me shekuj n\u00ebp\u00ebr sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e vatrat e popullit ton\u00eb, ( \u201cq\u00eb moti \u201d si\u00e7 thon\u00eb rilindasit), t\u2019pakten n\u00eb mesjeten e hershme, n\u00eb tranzicionin iliro-shqiptar, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e argumentueshme dhe se ky ishte i vetmi em\u00ebr i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb i tyre, edhe kjo sot gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb tep\u00ebr po merr udh\u00eb. Megjith\u00ebse rrall\u00eb, p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb fakt flasin edhe dokumentat e Mesjet\u00ebs. K\u00ebshtu fjal\u00ebn shqip e ndeshim nj\u00eb her\u00eb t\u00eb vetme qysh n\u00eb \u201c Mesharin \u201d e Gjon Buzukut ( 1555 f. XXV)\u2026 \u201c\u2026qi vjen me thashun shqip\u2019\u2019 \u2026 Si\u00e7 shprehet vet\u00eb Buzuku, i vjen me e than\u00eb shqip dhe nuk thot\u00eb se m\u00eb vjen me than\u00eb arb\u00ebnisht. Fjala shqip, me vler\u00eb ndajfoljore, ndeshet pastaj kat\u00ebr her\u00eb n\u00eb veprat e Budit (1618-1622), tek i cili ashtu si te Buzuku, nuk ndeshet fare fjala arb\u00ebnisht. Ndajfoljen shqip e gjejm\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur dy her\u00eb edhe n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn e Bogdanit t\u00eb vitit 1685. Por paralel me t\u00eb te Budi, Bogdani dhe Bardhi gjejm\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur rregullisht dheu i Arb\u00ebnit dhe gjuha arb\u00ebneshe\u2026\u2019\u2019.Nd\u00ebrsa Johan Thunmanni, n\u00eb vitin 1774, do t\u00eb pohonte: \u201c Alban\u00ebt e quajn\u00eb veten Skipatar, por burimin e k\u00ebsaj fjale ata nuk\u00eb e dijn\u00eb.\u2019\u20192<br \/>\nShum\u00eb para Budit, Bogdanit, Bardhit, madje edhe Buzukut, Milan Shufflaj, na shfaq nj\u00eb dokument t\u00eb G. Mayerit, i cili p\u00ebrmend emrin e shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb n\u00eb Mesjet\u00ebn e mesme, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin ai shkruan: \u201c Nd\u00ebrgjegjja p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb e t\u00eb gjitha atyre fiseve nuk ishte aq e fort\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb shek. XIV dhe XV edhe te ato vihen re p\u00ebrpjekje q\u00eb veten ta quajn\u00eb me nj\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt. Nj\u00ebri prej tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebtar, kurse gjurm\u00ebt e para mund t\u00eb hetohen nga fundi i shek. XIV. Ky qet krye n\u00eb qytetin e Drishtit si em\u00ebr familjar Schepudar (Shqip\u00ebtar). Ky interpretim i G.Mayerit, sipas t\u00eb cilit Shqiptar do t\u00eb thot\u00eb, sipas t\u00eb gjitha gjasave, njeriu<br \/>\n\u2018(gjuh\u00ebn) e t\u00eb cilit kupton.\u2019\u20192 Pra nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb ndryshe nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt q\u00eb e flasin dhe e kuptojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm shqiptar\u00ebt ( kuptoj=shqiptoj, flas shqip). S\u00e7 u tha, sipas Shufflaj : \u201cGjurma e par\u00eb e k\u00ebtij emri del n\u00eb mbarim t\u00eb shekullit XIV, del n\u00eb drit\u00eb n\u00eb veri, n\u00eb qytetin e Drishtit, si em\u00ebr familjeje (1368-1402); Schipudar, Schapudar, Schapuder.\u2019\u2019 3 Matriali dokumentar q\u00eb analizon Shufflaj \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb Raguz\u00eb dhe mban dat\u00ebn 11 gusht 1370. B\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shkres\u00eb shitblerjeje, q\u00eb mbyllet me fraz\u00ebn: \u201c\u00e7ka tepron t\u2019i dor\u00ebzohet Dom Pjet\u00ebr Schipudar-it prej Drishtit.\u2019\u2019 Kurse i ati i k\u00ebtij Pjetrit, quhet Andreas Schipudar. Arban\u00ebt apo arb\u00ebrit sipas rilindasve, nuk jan\u00eb nj\u00eb popull, aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr nj\u00eb komb, por nj\u00eb shtres\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore. Ata gabojn\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb sepse n\u00eb mesjeten e mesme, n\u00eb shekullin e n14-15 shqiptar\u00ebt e jugut shkuan n\u00eb Peloponez (More) e m\u00eb tej si bujq (arb\u00ebn , ar\u00ebn-b\u00ebn) dhe nuk e mbarten me veten emrin e vertet\u00eb shqip\u00ebtar\u00eb.
