Drejtuesi i Unionit t\u00eb Gazetar\u00ebve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Aleksand\u00ebr \u00c7ipa iu \u00ebsht\u00eb bashkuar koleg\u00ebve t\u00eb tij n\u00eb protest\u00ebn kund\u00ebr paket\u00ebs antishpifje p\u00ebrpara Parlamentit.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gazetari \u00c7ipa tha se ky draft e b\u00ebn AMA-n nj\u00eb agjenci censuruese dhe shp\u00ebrfill t\u00eb gjitha mund\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe kapacitetet vet\u00ebrregulluese q\u00eb ka n\u00eb mjedisin mediatik shqiptar.<\/p>\n

Aleksand\u00ebr \u00c7ipa:<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cNuk b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr pika kryesore, behet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb draft q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin dy projektligje q\u00eb marrin p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u00eb rregullojn\u00eb t\u00eb ashtuquajtur\u00ebn realitet t\u00eb shpifjes n\u00eb mjedisin mediatik shqiptar dhe q\u00eb i atribuohen dy enteve m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme AMA dhe AKEP.<\/em><\/p>\n

M\u00ebnyra sesi \u00ebsht\u00eb konceptuar dhe ristrukturuar ky draft \u00ebsht\u00eb\u00a0 gabuar metodologjikisht sepse vet\u00eb m\u00ebnyra sesi do funksionoj\u00eb AMA n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet bordit t\u00eb saj dhe p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebshillit t\u00eb ankesave nuk ka asgj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa brendin\u00eb e funksionimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb agjencie censure. Kjo shp\u00ebrfill t\u00eb gjitha mund\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe kapacitetet vet\u00ebrregulluese q\u00eb ka n\u00eb mjedisin mediatik shqiptar brenda entitetit t\u00eb gazetar\u00ebve dhe editor\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Gazetari tha se penalitetet e parashikuara t\u00eb paket\u00ebs antishpifje p\u00ebr editor\u00ebt e mediave online jan\u00eb t\u00eb pap\u00ebrballueshme financiarisht nga ata.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa shtoi se masa e marr\u00eb nga AMA hyn n\u00eb fuqi direkt pa nj\u00eb vendim gjykate.<\/p>\n

Aleksand\u00ebr \u00c7ipa:<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cM\u00ebnyra sesi do funksionohet mes AMA- dhe AKEP, masat dhe penalitetet e parashikuara. K\u00ebto penalitete n\u00eb mas\u00ebn financiare jan\u00eb drastike dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrballueshme nga editor\u00ebt e online. Shumica e online jan\u00eb n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi dhe administrim t\u00eb gazetar\u00ebve dhe kapacitetet e astet financiare t\u00eb tyre jan\u00eb t\u00eb pamjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrballur k\u00ebto penalitete.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ka nj\u00eb aspekt tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb cungimit t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave dhe liris\u00eb s\u00eb shprehjes. M\u00ebnyra sesi do merret masa penalizuese nga K\u00ebshilli i ankesave dhe miratuar nga bordi i AMA-s dhe kalimi menj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb mas\u00eb preventivit p\u00ebrmes p\u00ebrmbarimit pa pritur nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
