Lisat e njohur si Mriza kishin mbrojtje kulti, qe ne kohe te lashta ne Iliri dhe Arberi. Ne fund te Lisit zakonisht natyra hapte nje boshllek qe thirrej “Goja e Mrizit”. Kjo kerkonte here pas here te ushqehej. Dikur ne Shqiperine e Veriut. por edhe ne Laberi, aty hidheshin koka bagetish qe flijoheshin ne rite per themmele te reja ose edhe nder kremte te natyres dhe diteve ne shenje te kalendarit pagan popullor.
