\u201cT\u00eb mos harrojm\u00eb q\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb trevave shqiptare q\u00eb ndodhen n\u00eb lindje. Presheva, Medvegja, Bujanovci, trendi \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb shqet\u00ebsues ka nj\u00eb zbrazje t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb nga kushtet q\u00eb krijojn\u00eb serb\u00ebt, me presione ushtarake, administrative dhe policore. Duhet t\u00eb jemi realist n\u00eb kufirin verior, keqardhje qe ajo qe trupat e UCK nuk arriten te hidheshin se u futen francezet, por rezistuan popullsia serbe dhe ne 20 vjet ka ndodhur aty ka ndodhur nj\u00eb spastrim etnik i vertete. Mitrovica sot \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vat\u00ebr e agresivitetit serb, e nacionalizmit serb e organizatave te krimit, trafikut. Mitrovica e Veriut \u00ebsht\u00eb pjese e mire e popullsise serbe qe eshte vene aty. Probleme kemi edhe ne qe andej, edhe krimet, edhe mielli qe themi ne i kafsheve, lidhjet e dyshimta mes bizneseve. Une e shoh si koncentrat problemesh jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, por per Shqiperine, por edhe p\u00ebr Serbin\u00eb. Un\u00eb duke gjykuar nga ato qe jane folur, e shoh, nese do te kete nje nderrim te tille do isha, qe te lihej Mitrivica e Veriut dhe t\u00eb merrej Presheva, dhe krahinat e tjera\u201c, tha P\u00ebllumb Xhufi, duke thene se me kete do te zgjidhej edhe nje problem i madh i Zajednices.<\/p>\n

Per<\/strong>\u00a0Zajednicen<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje e pakuptueshme q\u00eb u b\u00eb me shpejt\u00ebsi nga qeveria e asaj kohe. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje q\u00eb pot a lexosh, ka vet\u00ebm detyrime t\u00eb pal\u00ebs shqiptare, asnj\u00eb detyrim q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i fiksuar n\u00eb konventat evropiane, ku popullsit\u00eb duhet t\u00eb njohin shtetin ku jetojn\u00eb. Asnj\u00eb nga k\u00ebto nuk ishte, vet\u00ebm detyrime. Sipas asaj marr\u00ebveshje, krijohet nj\u00eb republik\u00eb Serbska Brenda Kosov\u00ebs.
