Aleksandri i Madh\u201d . M. Barleci (dhe n\u00ebn ndikimin e tij t\u00eb gjith\u00eb autor\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb), ka treguar n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn e tij \u201cHistoria e Sk\u00ebnderbeut\u201d se Heroi yn\u00eb Komb\u00ebtar i \u00ebsht\u00eb drejtuar b\u00ebmave historike dhe jet\u00ebs s\u00eb Aleksandrit t\u00eb Madh p\u00ebr t\u00eb frym\u00ebzuar e p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur shkall\u00ebn e q\u00ebndres\u00ebs heroike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve kund\u00ebr hordhive\u00a0osmane .<\/p>\n<p>Figura e Aleksandrit t\u00eb Madh ka mbetur gjithnj\u00eb e gjall\u00eb n\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn historike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, si n\u00eb librat e shkruar prej tyre ashtu edhe n\u00eb krijimtarin\u00eb popullore.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vepr\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb par\u00eb, \u201cRrethimi i Shkodr\u00ebs\u201d, t\u00eb botuar latinisht n\u00eb janar t\u00eb vitit 1505, libri i par\u00eb i botuar nga nj\u00eb autor shqiptar, Marin Barleci ka sh\u00ebnuar nj\u00eb goj\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00eb. Sipas saj qyteti i Shkodr\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb themeluar nga Aleksandri i Madh . Kjo goj\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00eb shum\u00eb e ngulitur n\u00eb mendjen e shkodran\u00ebve ka vijuar brez pas brez. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb edhe n\u00eb botimet e viteve 30 t\u00eb shek.XVII , si edhe n\u00eb dokumente t\u00eb fillimit t\u00eb shek.XVIII. Sipas k\u00ebtyre botimeve, meqen\u00ebse Aleksandri i Madh kishte themeluar Shkodr\u00ebn, turqit e quajt\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb qytet Skenderia, q\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e tyre do t\u00eb thot\u00eb Aleksandria . Krahas trajt\u00ebs Iskenderije , emri i Shkodr\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar osmanisht edhe Iskender .<\/p>\n<p>Frang Bardhi \u00ebsht\u00eb i pari autor q\u00eb ka shkruar se vendlindja e Aleksandrit t\u00eb Madh, Pella, ishte Petrela<sup>4<\/sup>. Ky mendim i pasakt\u00eb i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb pas 50 vjet\u00ebsh prej Pjet\u00ebr Bogdanit<sup>43\u00a0<\/sup>dhe prej hartografit Xhakomo Kanteli, i cili, pas udh\u00ebtimeve n\u00ebp\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebri, e ka botuar at\u00eb si goj\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb hart\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb t\u00eb botuar prej tij n\u00eb vitin 1689: \u201cPetrela mbahet si vendlindja e Aleksandrit t\u00eb Madh\u201d .<\/p>\n<p>Krijimtaria popullore shqiptare e ka p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsuar figur\u00ebn e Aleksandrit t\u00eb Madh edhe me nj\u00eb valle t\u00eb k\u00ebrcyer nga 200-300 veta dhe q\u00eb njihet me emrin \u201cArnautja\u201d. Sipas p\u00ebrshkrimit t\u00eb disa autor\u00ebve t\u00eb huaj, kjo valle e k\u00ebnduar niste me k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb: \u201cKy \u00ebsht\u00eb Aleksandri i Madh q\u00eb n\u00ebnshtroi gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebn\u201d. K\u00ebt\u00eb e ka v\u00ebrtetuar edhe Edit Durham, e cila n\u00eb vitin 1905 ka shkruar: \u201cAleksandri i Madh\u2026 \u00ebsht\u00eb ende i gjall\u00eb mes njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb vet. Nuk mund ta merrni me mend se sa me pasion flasin p\u00ebr t\u00eb; gjaku i t\u00eb par\u00ebve u vlon ende n\u00eb dej\u201d . Kujtesa e thell\u00eb historike p\u00ebr Aleksandrin e Madh b\u00ebri q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1925 qeveria dhe parlamenti shqiptar t\u00eb caktoj\u00eb Lekun, t\u00eb stampuar me portretin e tij, si nj\u00ebsi baz\u00eb monetare , t\u00eb cilin e kemi edhe sot.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb shkrim p\u00ebr Aleksandrin e Madh, q\u00eb kam botuar vitin e kaluar, kam v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dukje se emri Lek\u00eb te shum\u00eb toponime, goj\u00ebdh\u00ebna e, mbi t\u00eb gjitha, emri i Lek\u00ebs n\u00eb em\u00ebrtimin e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs dokesore shqiptare, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtimi m\u00eb i thell\u00eb historik e kulturor q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt ruajn\u00eb gjat\u00eb shum\u00eb shekujve p\u00ebr nj\u00eb figur\u00eb madhore historike, ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me Lek\u00ebn e Madh dhe jo me Lek\u00eb Dukagjinin .<\/p>\n<p>Nga shqyrtimi i burimeve historike del se emrin Lek\u00eb Dukagjini gjat\u00eb shekujve XIV e XV e kan\u00eb pasur disa persona dhe q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb figura dyt\u00ebsore n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike e shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Asnj\u00eb prej tyre nuk ka l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ruhej n\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn historike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve brez pas brezi.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb dokument t\u00eb dhjetorit t\u00eb vitit 1387 p\u00ebrmendet nj\u00eb Lek\u00eb Dukagjini me t\u00eb v\u00ebllan\u00eb, Palin, q\u00eb u jepnin raguzan\u00ebve siguri p\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebvizur n\u00ebp\u00ebr zot\u00ebrimet e tyre . N\u00eb vitin 1393 Leka dhe i v\u00ebllai p\u00ebrmenden si t\u00eb vdekur . Emrin e Lek\u00ebs e ka trash\u00ebguar nj\u00eb nip i tij i lindur n\u00eb vitin 1420 dhe q\u00eb p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb fundit jepet n\u00eb vitin 1451 si kund\u00ebrshtar i Venedikut . V\u00ebllai i tij Pali i vuri emrin Lek\u00eb djalit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb par\u00eb, veprimtaria e t\u00eb cilit \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb krahasim me dy personat e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrm, por jo aq sa \u00ebsht\u00eb pasqyruar n\u00eb historiografi. Mendimin se emrin e tij e mbante e drejta dokesore shqiptare e ka pasur edhe autori i k\u00ebtij shkrimi .<\/p>\n<p>Dokumentet historike tregojn\u00eb se n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb n\u00ebntorit t\u00eb vitit 1456, kur emri i tij p\u00ebrmendet p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, Lek\u00eb Dukagjini i kishte\u00a0marr\u00eb me forc\u00eb Venedikut k\u00ebshtjell\u00ebn e Dej\u00ebs . Konflikti midis tyre ka vijuar deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 1458, kur ende i ati, Pali, ishte aktiv n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike e n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me Venedikun . Sipas dokumenteve veneciane n\u00eb vitin 1459 Lek\u00eb Dukagjini ishte n\u00eb mal\u00ebsin\u00eb e Shatit , n\u00eb vitin 1463 quhej armik i Venedikut , n\u00eb vitet 1465 ishte afruar me osman\u00ebt \u00a0dhe n\u00eb vitin 1469 p\u00ebrgatitej t\u00eb largohej nga Shqip\u00ebria, sepse k\u00ebrkonte t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqte pasurit\u00eb q\u00eb kishte n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, kurse Venediku nuk donte ta pranonte se ishte afruar s\u00ebrish me osman\u00ebt . Pas pushtimit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs nga osman\u00ebt (1479), Leka dhe i v\u00ebllai i tij, Nikolla, m\u00ebrguan n\u00eb Itali dhe u kthyen n\u00eb vitin 1481 p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7liruar zot\u00ebrimet e Dukagjin\u00ebve nga pushtuesit osman\u00eb. Dokumentet p\u00ebrmendin vet\u00ebm kthimin n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri t\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebllait, Nikoll\u00ebs, dhe m\u00eb pas t\u00eb Lek\u00ebs bashk\u00eb me Gjon Gjurashin (C\u00ebrnojevi\u00e7in) . Dokumentet e koh\u00ebs heshtin p\u00ebr fatin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Po sipas dokumenteve, dy pinjoll\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb familjes Dukagjini, Nikolla dhe Pali, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb personazhet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj familjeje gjat\u00eb shek.XV, q\u00eb kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike shqiptare t\u00eb koh\u00ebs. Emri i Nikoll\u00eb Dukagjinit del p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1409, n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb viteve 30, n\u00eb luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr serb\u00ebve e osman\u00ebve q\u00eb i d\u00ebbon ata nga k\u00ebshtjella e Dej\u00ebs. M\u00eb pas, merr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb kryengritjen \u00e7lirimtare t\u00eb vitit 1443 n\u00eb Kuvendin e Lezh\u00ebs etj. Bashk\u00eb me Sk\u00ebnderbeun p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuan Bes\u00eblidhjen Shqiptare n\u00eb bisedimet p\u00ebr n\u00ebnshkrimin m\u00eb 4 tetor t\u00eb vitit 1448 e Traktatit t\u00eb Paqes me Venedikun. N\u00eb nderim t\u00eb Nikoll\u00eb Dukagjinit, sipas M. Barlecit . Autor\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr, q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00ebn ndikimin e vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb M. Barlecit, nuk e p\u00ebrmendin emrin e Lek\u00eb Dukagjinit. E nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb ka ndodhur edhe me toponimet dhe me goj\u00ebdh\u00ebnat.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb \u201cHart\u00ebn arkeologjike dhe etnografike t\u00eb Vilajetit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs\u201d, q\u00eb ka botuar Franc Nop\u00e7a, n\u00eb vitin 1909, jan\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar disa k\u00ebshtjella t\u00eb em\u00ebrtuara \u201cKalaja e Lek\u00ebs\u201d . T\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb edhe 36 toponimet e goj\u00ebdh\u00ebnat e botuara nga Qemal Haxhihasani p\u00ebr Lek\u00eb Dukagjinin . Prej tyre vet\u00ebm 6 kan\u00eb em\u00ebrtimin Lek\u00eb Dukagjini , 28 kan\u00eb em\u00ebrtimin Lek\u00eb, kurse dy \u00a0nuk e japin fare emrin. N\u00eb gjasht\u00eb goj\u00ebdh\u00ebna t\u00eb tjera, kur flitet p\u00ebr \u201cKanunin e Sk\u00ebnderbeut\u201d, jepet vet\u00ebm \u201cKanuni i Lek\u00ebs\u201d \u00a0dhe asnj\u00ebher\u00eb Kanuni i Lek\u00eb Dukagjinit. Nga botimi i Q. Haxhihasanit del qart\u00eb se tradita popullore p\u00ebrmend p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht em\u00ebrtimin Lek\u00eb, kurse identifikimi i tij me Lek\u00eb Dukagjinin \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i von\u00eb dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00ebn ndikimin e botimeve t\u00eb ndryshme. \u00c7\u00ebshtja e p\u00ebrcaktimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb figure historike ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb b\u00ebhet drejt, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb toponimi e n\u00eb goj\u00ebdh\u00ebnat popullore, por sidomos, kur ajo ka lidhje me nj\u00eb trash\u00ebgim shum\u00eb t\u00eb lasht\u00eb kulturor, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejta dokesore shqiptare. E drejta dokesore ose kanuni \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb monument madh\u00ebshtor p\u00ebr historin\u00eb dhe kultur\u00ebn ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Gjuha shqipe, e drejta dokesore dhe trash\u00ebgimia kulturore pagane jan\u00eb faktor\u00eb vendimtar\u00eb p\u00ebr ruajtjen e identitetit dhe t\u00eb nj\u00ebsis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. E drejta dokesore ka udh\u00ebhequr jet\u00ebn shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve dhe ka q\u00ebndruar mbi besimet e ndryshme fetare. \u201cK\u00ebto ligje jan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb: ndryshimi i fes\u00eb nuk ndryshon gj\u00eb\u2026 Barazia e t\u00eb drejtave \u00ebsht\u00eb e plot\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pa dallim: Doket e zakonet sigurojn\u00eb vazhdimin e zbatimit m\u00eb t\u00eb im\u00ebt\u2019 t\u00eb tyre. K\u00ebshtu ka shkruar rilindasi yn\u00eb i madh, Pashko Vasa, n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn e tij \u201cE v\u00ebrteta mbi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe shqiptar\u00ebt\u201d , e cila, n\u00eb vitin 1879 e m\u00eb pas, gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb Lidhjes s\u00eb Prizrenit, \u00ebsht\u00eb botuar n\u00eb disa gjuh\u00eb kryesore t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb drejt\u00ebs dok\u00ebsore i \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruar n\u00eb trojet shqiptare edhe e drejta kishtare . Edit Durhami ka shkruar: \u201cNd\u00ebr shqiptar\u00eb shprehja \u201cK\u00ebshtu ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Leka \u201d ka m\u00eb tep\u00ebr forc\u00eb se sa dhjet\u00eb porosit\u00eb e Bibl\u00ebs. M\u00ebsimet e Islamit e t\u00eb Krishterimit, ligji i Sheriatit dhe i Kish\u00ebs, t\u00eb gjitha duhet t i n\u00ebnshtrohen Kanunit t\u00eb Lek\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb dokumentet mesjetare dhe t\u00eb periudhave t\u00eb m\u00ebvonshme jepen raste t\u00eb shumta, kur klerik\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha besimeve fetare, t\u00eb ndodhur p\u00ebrball\u00eb zgjidhjeve t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve shoq\u00ebrore sipas normave t\u00eb t\u00eb dy t\u00eb drejtave (dokesore dhe kishtare), gjithnj\u00eb i kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs dokesore, sepse ajo ka ardhur si trash\u00ebgim i vyer i kultur\u00ebs shqiptare q\u00eb nga lasht\u00ebsia e tyre e koh\u00ebs pagane. Ritet e besimeve pagane jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb lashta, autoktone dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt. Ato jan\u00eb rr\u00ebnjosur thell\u00eb n\u00eb vet\u00ebdijen e shqiptar\u00ebve dhe gjithnj\u00eb jan\u00eb praktikuar n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme me p\u00ebrkushtim t\u00eb thell\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ato nuk jan\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar plot\u00ebsisht as nga ritet fetare monoteiste (kristiane e islame), q\u00eb u p\u00ebrhap\u00ebn edhe n\u00eb trojet shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb nga shek.XIX e drejta dokesore shqiptare t\u00ebrhoqi v\u00ebmendjen e studiuesve t\u00eb huaj dhe gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb objekt studimi p\u00ebr albanolog\u00eb t\u00eb huaj e shqiptar\u00eb. Si studime m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn dokesore, t\u00eb b\u00ebra nga autor\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb koh\u00ebt e fundit, do t\u00eb ve\u00e7onim Hyrjen e v\u00ebllimit \u201cE drejta zakonore shqiptare 1 (Tiran\u00eb, 1989), botimet \u201cVet\u00ebqeverisja e Mirdit\u00ebs\u201d (Tiran\u00eb, 1996) e \u201cP\u00ebr kanunin\u201d (Tiran\u00eb, 2003) t\u00eb Pal Do\u00e7it dhe, sidomos, monografin\u00eb e Ismet Elezit \u201cNjohuri p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn zakonore mbar\u00ebshqiptare\u201d (Prishtin\u00eb, 2003).<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb krye t\u00eb studiuesve t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs dokesore shqiptare ka vend t\u00eb merituesh\u00ebm kleriku atdhetar Shtjef\u00ebn Gje\u00e7ovi, i cili vitet e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij ia kushtoi mbledhjes, hulumtimit dhe p\u00ebrgatitjes s\u00eb saj p\u00ebr botim. Ai e kishte em\u00ebrtuar \u201cKanuni i Maleve\u201d<sup>72<\/sup>. Vepra madhore e tij u botua e plot\u00eb pas vdekjes s\u00eb Sh. Gje\u00e7ovit, n\u00eb vitin 1933 n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, me titullin \u201cKanuni i Lek\u00eb Dukagjinit\u201d. Kjo vep\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb ribotuar disa her\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyer n\u00eb disa gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb huaja. Krahas ribotimeve t\u00eb shumta t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb Sh. Gje\u00e7ovit, e drejta dokesore shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb mbledhur e kodifikuar edhe nga dom Frano Illia dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb botuar prej tij n\u00eb vitin 1993 me titull \u201cKanuni i Skanderbegut\u201d. Edhe Xhemal Me\u00e7i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb dy botime t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj t\u00eb drejte dokesore, \u201cKanuni i Lek\u00eb Dukagjinit, varianti i Puk\u00ebs\u201d (1997) dhe \u201cKanuni i Lek\u00eb Dukagjinit n\u00eb variantin e Mirdit\u00ebs\u201d (2002).<\/p>\n<p>Botimet e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn dokesore shqiptare e kan\u00eb lidhur q\u00eb n\u00eb titull me figurat historike t\u00eb shek.XV, me Sk\u00ebnderbeun dhe me Lek\u00eb Dukagjinin. K\u00ebshtu, formalisht, \u00ebsht\u00eb kufizuar shum\u00eb shtrirja dhe prejardhja e hershme mbar\u00ebshqiptare e saj. Kufizim kohor japin gjithashtu edhe em\u00ebrtimet me fjal\u00ebt \u201ckanun\u201d dhe \u201ce drejt\u00eb zakonore\u201d. M\u00eb i sakt\u00eb se fjal\u00ebt e huaja e m\u00eb t\u00eb vona kanun e zakon \u00ebsht\u00eb togfjal\u00ebshi \u201ce drejt\u00eb dokesore\u201d. E. \u00c7abej fjal\u00ebn doket e jep si em\u00ebr foljor t\u00eb geg\u00ebrishtes verilindore p\u00ebr duket, q\u00eb i p\u00ebrgjigjet pjesores duk\u00eb. N\u00eb dokumentet e mesjet\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb dokumente m\u00eb t\u00eb vona fjala duk\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur shum\u00eb si em\u00ebr vetjak e familjar prej shqiptar\u00ebve, kudo q\u00eb ata kan\u00eb banuar, n\u00eb trevat e tyre e n\u00eb diaspor\u00eb. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb em\u00ebr i hersh\u00ebm i fondit t\u00eb antroponimis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare shqiptare me kuptimin: dukje, pamje e hijshme e njeriut.<\/p>\n<p>E drejta dokesore, ashtu si edhe gjuha shqipe, jan\u00eb trash\u00ebgimi shum\u00eb e lasht\u00eb. N\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn dokesore nd\u00ebrthuret dhe pasqyrohet tradita e vetorganizimit shoq\u00ebror parashtet\u00ebror me legjislacionin shtet\u00ebror t\u00eb koh\u00ebve m\u00eb t\u00eb vona, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe norma t\u00eb trash\u00ebguara nga e drejta romake. Disa norma t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs dokesore kan\u00eb evoluar gjat\u00eb shekujve n\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatje me zhvillimin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare dhe ato nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb vep\u00ebr e individ\u00ebve t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, por e bashk\u00ebsive t\u00eb m\u00ebdha shoq\u00ebrore, t\u00eb miratuara n\u00ebp\u00ebr kuvendet e tyre. Prandaj, n\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn dokesore vihen re edhe elemente vendore dalluese, q\u00eb jan\u00eb dyt\u00ebsore n\u00eb krahasim me normat e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb saj<sup>73<\/sup>. Botimi i saj me titullin \u201cKanuni i Lek\u00eb Dukagjinit\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb nga botuesit dhe bie ndesh jo vet\u00ebm me t\u00eb vertet\u00ebn shkencore, por edhe me tradit\u00ebn historike vendore dhe mbar\u00ebshqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Tradita historiko-shoq\u00ebrore e krahinave ku \u00ebsht\u00eb mbledhur e drejta dokesore shqiptare dhe q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb botuar me titujt \u201cKanuni i Lek\u00eb Dukagjinit\u201d dhe \u201cKanuni i Sk\u00ebnderbeut\u201d, nuk e lidh at\u00eb me emrat e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrm vetjak\u00eb, si\u00e7 kan\u00eb vepruar botuesit e tij. N\u00eb vitin 1916 albanologu i shquar Ludvig Taloci ka treguar qart\u00eb se shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn dokesore t\u00eb tyre e kan em\u00ebrtuar \u201cKanuni i Lek\u00ebs\u201d . Ai thot\u00eb gjithashtu se ka dy mendime p\u00ebr personazhin historik q\u00eb jep emri Lek\u00eb i Kanunit: nj\u00eb pal\u00eb mendon se \u00ebsht\u00eb Aleksandri i Madh, kurse pala tjet\u00ebr mendon p\u00ebr Lek\u00eb Dukagjinin . N\u00eb vitin 1944 Zef Valentini ka shkruar p\u00ebr em\u00ebrtimin e kanunit: \u201cTash quhet fjesht Kanuni i Malevet, o Kanuni i Lek\u00ebs, ose Kanuni i Dukagjinit; a u quejt q\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb edhe Kanuni i Lek\u00eb Dukagjinit, a po asht ky nji kontaminacion burimi kulturuer, nuk mund e vertetova\u201d . Edhe autor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, si Xh. Kasteleti, Rrok Zojzi, Ismet Elezi, Pal Do\u00e7i etj. i kan\u00eb kushtuar v\u00ebmendje em\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs dokesore .<\/p>\n<p>Rrok Zojzi ka shkruar se Kanuni i Lek\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb shtrir\u00eb n\u00eb veri mbi Kelmend \u201cderi n\u00eb Novi Pazar, n\u00eb kufi me Bosnj\u00ebn\u201d<sup>78<\/sup>. N\u00eb librat e tij \u201cVet\u00ebqeverisja e Mirdit\u00ebs\u201d (Tiran\u00eb, 1996) dhe \u201cP\u00ebr kanunin\u201d (Tiran\u00eb, 2003) Pal Do\u00e7i me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb kund\u00ebrshton em\u00ebrtimin e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs dokesore si \u201cKanuni i Lek\u00eb Dukagjinit\u201d dhe \u201cKanuni i Sk\u00ebnderbeut\u201d. Sipas gjurmimeve vetjake ai m\u00eb ka pohuar se n\u00eb Shpat e \u00c7ermenik\u00eb t\u00eb Elbasanit, n\u00eb Polis t\u00eb Librazhdit e deri n\u00eb Rrajc\u00eb t\u00eb P\u00ebrrenjasit pleqt\u00eb thon\u00eb se \u201cndanin kuvend\u201d sipas \u201cKanunit t\u00eb Lek\u00ebs\u201d. Edhe etnologu Mark Tirta m\u00eb ka pohuar t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb, se banor\u00ebt e trojeve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Ep\u00ebrme e t\u00eb Mesme dhe deri n\u00eb brigjet e liqenit t\u00eb Ohrit kan\u00eb pasur si em\u00ebrtim t\u00eb tyre m\u00eb t\u00eb hersh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn dokesore togfjal\u00ebshin \u201cKanuni i Lek\u00ebs\u201d. Ismet Elezi, sipas sakt\u00ebsimit gojor q\u00eb m\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb, em\u00ebrtimin \u201cKanunu i Lek\u00ebs\u201d e ka gjetur me shtrirje nga Fush\u00eb-Kosova deri n\u00eb Kurvelesh e Himar\u00eb . K\u00ebt\u00eb d\u00ebshmon edhe botimi i sip\u00ebrp\u00ebrmendur i Q. Haxhihasanit me tregime e k\u00ebng\u00eb popullore p\u00ebr Sk\u00ebnderbeun. Em\u00ebrtimi i m\u00ebvonsh\u00ebm \u201cKanuni i Lek\u00eb Dukagjinit\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb sajes\u00eb kryesisht e gjurmuesve, e studiuesve t\u00eb m\u00ebpastajm\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs dokesore dhe t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve amator\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrdorimi i gjer\u00eb i emrit t\u00eb Lek\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn dokesore shqiptare nga banor\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Ep\u00ebrme e t\u00eb Mesme, madje jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb trojeve shqiptare, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i rastit. N\u00eb k\u00ebto treva ky em\u00ebr p\u00ebrmendet n\u00eb shum\u00eb goj\u00ebdh\u00ebna dhe at\u00eb e mbajn\u00eb disa k\u00ebshtjella e shum\u00eb toponime t\u00eb tjera. Disa goj\u00ebdh\u00ebna, q\u00eb flasin p\u00ebr norma t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs dokesore, Lek\u00ebn e p\u00ebrmendin si bashk\u00ebkoh\u00ebs t\u00eb Sk\u00ebnderbeut, pra kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb personazh historik t\u00eb shek.XV. Ashtu si shum\u00eb norma t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs dokesore q\u00eb jan\u00eb krijuar gjat\u00eb p\u00ebriudhave t\u00eb ndryshme historike, edhe personazhet e goj\u00ebdh\u00ebnave u p\u00ebrkasin koh\u00ebve t\u00eb ndryshme historike. Madje n\u00eb disa goj\u00ebdh\u00ebna Sk\u00ebnderbeu dhe Leka kan\u00eb q\u00ebndrime t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebr zbatimin e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs dokesore shqiptare. K\u00ebto ndryshime d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrshtatjen e normave t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs dokesore n\u00eb mjedise shoq\u00ebrore m\u00eb t\u00eb vona, prandaj ato jan\u00eb lidhur me emrin e Sk\u00ebnderbeut.<\/p>\n<p>Emri i Sk\u00ebnderbeut n\u00eb goj\u00ebdh\u00ebna p\u00ebr norma t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs dokesore d\u00ebshmon se e drejta dokesore, si nj\u00eb trash\u00ebgimi historike, ka qen\u00eb natyrsh\u00ebm n\u00eb themel t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore dhe t\u00eb legjislacionit shtet\u00ebror t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve gjat\u00eb shek.XV. Kjo pasqyrohet edhe n\u00eb zbatimin e institucionit t\u00eb bes\u00ebs prej Heroit ton\u00eb Komb\u00ebtar .<\/p>\n<p>Emri i Lek\u00ebs n\u00eb lidhje me t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn dokesore, toponimin\u00eb e me goj\u00ebdh\u00ebnat ka p\u00ebrhapje shum\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e Ep\u00ebrme e t\u00eb Mesme. Kjo shtrirje gjeografike \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb her\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe se sa zot\u00ebrimet e familjes fisnike t\u00eb Dukagjin\u00ebve gjat\u00eb mesjet\u00ebs. Emri i Lek\u00ebs p\u00ebrfshin edhe zot\u00ebrimet e familjeve aristokrate shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqishme e me rol shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madh n\u00eb historin\u00eb ton\u00eb mesjetare se sa Dukagjin\u00ebt, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb Kastriot\u00ebt, Balshajt, Topiajt e Arianit\u00ebt. Edhe n\u00eb antroponimin\u00eb mesjetare emri Lek\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur shum\u00eb shpesh nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt, kudo q\u00eb kan\u00eb banuar, sidomos n\u00eb trevat e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Ep\u00ebrme dhe t\u00eb Mesme.<\/p>\n<p>Periudha e mesjet\u00ebs n\u00eb historin\u00eb shqiptare nuk ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb ndonj\u00eb personazh historik t\u00eb shquar me emrin Lek\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb kishte ndikim t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb bot\u00ebn shqiptare dhe t\u00eb linte gjurm\u00eb t\u00eb pashlyeshme n\u00eb vet\u00ebdijen komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb tyre, sa q\u00eb emri i tij t\u00eb lidhej me t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn dokesore, me goj\u00ebdh\u00ebnat dhe me toponimet e shumta t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Ep\u00ebrme e t\u00eb Mesme. Prandaj v\u00ebshtrimi i studiuesve lipset t\u00eb shtrihet n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb hershme t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, n\u00eb lasht\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb koha e Aleksandrit t\u00eb Madh, kujtimi dhe emri i t\u00eb cilit \u00ebsht\u00eb ruajtur i pashlyer n\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn historike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Shtjef\u00ebn Gje\u00e7ovi ka l\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme se \u201cKanuni i Pirrit\u201d \u00a0ka qen\u00eb em\u00ebrtimi m\u00eb i hersh\u00ebm i s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs dokesore t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur prej banor\u00ebve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Poshtme. Ky em\u00ebrtim lidhet me mbretin Pirro t\u00eb Epirit. Kurse em\u00ebrtimi \u201cKanuni i Lek\u00ebs\u201d p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn dokesore shqiptare ka qen\u00eb em\u00ebrtim m\u00eb i hersh\u00ebm, shum\u00eb i rr\u00ebnjosur e i p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e Ep\u00ebrme, t\u00eb Mesme dhe n\u00eb vise t\u00eb gjera t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Poshtme.
