T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e studimit m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb Instat tregojn\u00eb se, nd\u00ebr burrat e martuar t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs 15 deri n\u00eb 59 vje\u00e7, 7.2% e tyre, q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb edhe n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie pune gjat\u00eb 12 muajve t\u00eb fundit, nuk jan\u00eb paguar.<\/p>\n<p>Te femrat kjo norm\u00eb ngjitet leht\u00eb, n\u00eb 11.2%, \u00e7ka tregon qart\u00eb se kjo problematik\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e p\u00ebrhapur te femrat sesa te meshkujt.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat tregojn\u00eb gjithashtu se, problematika b\u00ebhet edhe m\u00eb e shpesht\u00eb me rritjen e mosh\u00ebs. Pra, p\u00ebr moshat e reja, deri n\u00eb 40 vje\u00e7, norma e atyre q\u00eb nuk paguhen pa\u00e7ka se jan\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie pune, te meshkujt \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn 5% dhe te femrat n\u00ebn 9%.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr moshat mbi 40 vje\u00e7, kjo norm\u00eb ngjitet deri n\u00eb 13.8% p\u00ebr femrat dhe deri n\u00eb 8.6% p\u00ebr meshkujt. Pra, mesatarisht n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri 1 n\u00eb 10 burra apo gra t\u00eb martuar, pra q\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb familje p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur, raportojn\u00eb se jan\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb pun\u00eb e cila nuk i ka paguar gjat\u00eb 12 muajve t\u00eb fundit.<\/p>\n<p>Sa i p\u00ebrket llojit t\u00eb pages\u00ebs, p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb paguar, rezulton se rreth 5%, paguhen jo me para, por duke marr\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebmbim t\u00eb mira ose sh\u00ebrbime p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn q\u00eb kan\u00eb kryer.
