qend\u00ebr t\u00eb fshati Zhulat n\u00eb Komun\u00ebn Cepo t\u00eb Gjirokastr\u00ebs. shtatorja e luft\u00ebtarit dhe mendimtarit zhulatas Idriz Suli, pasardh\u00ebs i priftit iluminist Papa Zhuli t\u00eb Zhulatit, \u00ebsht\u00eb gdh\u00ebndur nga skulptori bir i ketij fashat\u00a0 Murat Keraj.<\/p>\n<p>Rrapi ne mes te fshatit Zhulat\u00a0 ishte simbol i bashkimit, bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebs dhe i vlerave t\u00eb nj\u00eb komuniteti t\u00eb lasht\u00eb, por q\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsisht ky rrap kishte disa vjet q\u00eb ishte thar\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht.<\/p>\n<p>Shtatorja ka permasat 4,5 metra e lart\u00eb dhe rreth 2 metra e gjer\u00eb. Ndon\u00ebse n\u00eb nj\u00eb pozicion t\u00eb ulur sip\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u201cguri\u201d, n\u00eb shtatin e tij dallohen qart\u00eb veshjet tradicionale labe, fustanella, qylafi i bardh\u00eb, jeleku i qendisur me motive tradicionale, brezi me kobure, kallcat dhe opingat e zbukuruara t\u00eb labit.<\/p>\n<pre>Foto: J.
