Ashtu si studimet v\u00ebzhguese n\u00eb shkall\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb kan\u00eb treguar nj\u00eb lidhje t\u00eb qart\u00eb midis konsumit t\u00eb fibrave dhe mbrojtjes s\u00eb kancerit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pije me sheqer dhe alkool: JO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pijet joalkoolike (t\u00eb tilla si pije t\u00eb gazuara, por edhe shishe t\u00eb ftohta \/ kana\u00e7e dhe l\u00ebngje frutash) luajn\u00eb nj\u00eb rol vendimtar n\u00eb rritjen e pesh\u00ebs, sidomos n\u00ebse konsumohen rregullisht. \u201cKy efekt negativ nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb konsumit kalorik t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre ushqimeve dhe pijeve \u2013 kujton Lucilla Titta \u2013 por m\u00eb tep\u00ebr nga paaft\u00ebsia e tyre p\u00ebr t\u2019u ngopur, duke \u00e7uar k\u00ebshtu n\u00eb konsumimin e tyre t\u00eb pamatur. K\u00ebshilla p\u00ebr parandalimin e mbipesh\u00ebs dhe obezitetit (dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye indirekt t\u00eb shum\u00eb llojeve t\u00eb kancerit) \u00ebsht\u00eb mos t\u2019i konsumoni ato. P\u00ebr nj\u00eb parandalim t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb kancerit rekomandohet q\u00eb t\u00eb shmanget konsumimi i pijeve alkoolike ose t\u00eb konsumohen sasi t\u00eb vogla vet\u00ebm her\u00eb pas here\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Krip\u00eb: JO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cKanceri i stomakut \u00ebsht\u00eb, sipas Fondit Bot\u00ebror p\u00ebr K\u00ebrkimin e Kancerit, lloji i vet\u00ebm i kancerit p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin jan\u00eb gjetur d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb mundshme n\u00eb mes t\u00eb konsumit t\u00eb krip\u00ebs dhe rritjes s\u00eb rrezikut \u2013 kujton Titta. \u2013 Provat tregojn\u00eb se efekti i konsumit t\u00eb krip\u00ebs n\u00eb fillimin e kancerit t\u00eb stomakut \u00ebsht\u00eb kryesisht p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb konsumit t\u00eb rregullt t\u00eb ushqimeve t\u00eb ruajtura me krip\u00eb. Udh\u00ebzimet komb\u00ebtare dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare rekomandojn\u00eb konsumin q\u00eb nuk tejkalon 5 gram\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb krip\u00ebs\u201d. Sa i p\u00ebrket krip\u00ebs q\u00eb gjendet n\u00eb produktet e p\u00ebrpunuara dhe t\u00eb ruajtura, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson shumic\u00ebn e krip\u00ebs s\u00eb konsumuar, mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb e dobishme leximi i etiketave dhe tabelave ushqyese t\u00eb produkteve, duke kujtuar se 0.4 gram\u00eb natriumi \u00ebsht\u00eb ekuivalent me 1 gram krip\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kafe: PO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsim i fundit nga Fondi Bot\u00ebror p\u00ebr K\u00ebrkimin e Kancerit tregon se pirja e kafes rregullisht mund t\u00eb zvog\u00ebloj\u00eb rrezikun e kancerit t\u00eb m\u00ebl\u00e7is\u00eb: hulumtimi tregon nj\u00eb reduktim t\u00eb rrezikut prej 15% t\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar me nj\u00eb filxhan n\u00eb dit\u00eb.
