Studimi parashikoi se pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb rriturit me nj\u00eb periferi t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb belit dhe t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nj\u00eb komponent tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb sindrom\u00ebs metabolike (si sheqeri i lart\u00eb i gjakut, presioni i lart\u00eb i gjakut, kolesteroli kufitar) ndoq\u00ebn nj\u00eb diet\u00eb t\u00eb pasur ose t\u00eb varf\u00ebr n\u00eb polifenola p\u00ebr 8 jav\u00eb; t\u00eb dy regjimet kishin t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin num\u00ebr t\u00eb kalorive t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme dhe ishin t\u00eb ngjashme p\u00ebr macronutrient\u00ebt, fibrat dhe vitaminat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rukola<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ai p\u00ebrmban shum\u00eb polifenole dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjedhur n\u00eb mesin e perimeve p\u00ebr t\u2019u dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi p\u00ebr kryerjen e testit. Para dhe pas diet\u00ebs, p\u00ebrqendrimet e lipideve u p\u00ebrcaktuan, n\u00eb agj\u00ebrim dhe pas nj\u00eb vakti t\u00eb pasur me yndyra.
