Ata gjithashtu b\u00ebjn\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb hetim t\u00eb pavarur dhe t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb mbi pretendimet p\u00ebr sjellje t\u00eb pahijshme t\u00eb policis\u00eb. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, ata k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb q\u00eb ngjarjet t\u00eb pasqyrohen n\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Grupkapitullit t\u00eb Themeloreve (Kapitulli 23), n\u00eb raportin e ardhsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LETRA NE ANGLISHT<\/strong><br \/>\nDear Commissioner Kos,<br \/>\nWe write to express our deep disappointment with the Commission\u2019s statement of 18 October on the protests in Albania.<br \/>\nWe share the Commission\u2019s position that violence has no place in a democratic society. However, the statement condemns only acts attributed to protesters, while remaining silent on credible reports of five days of disproportionate police force against peaceful demonstrators, including students, shared with the EU Delegation to Albania via this link. Instead, it welcomes the government\u2019s assurances and reaffirms Albania\u2019s \u201cimportant progress\u201d at a moment when fundamental freedoms are under strain.<br \/>\nWhile EU hears assurances from Rama, the Albanian citizens hear \u201c You are a bunch of incompetents\u2026mediocre\u2026envious people\u201d and more in this video (subtitles in English) published yesterday morning on his Facebook account (original video).<br \/>\nThis imbalance risks being read in Albania as an endorsement of the authorities\u2019 handling of the protests which will lead to more state violence.
