Lufta Antifashist zgjon edhe fëmijët. Me ndihmën e mësuesit të tyre ata mendojnë të shkruajnë në balona parrulla që t’i shohë i gjithë populli dhe fashistët të mos kenë mundësi t’i fshijnë. Fashistët arrijnë t’i zbulojnë dhe plagosin njërin prej fëmijëve por balonat me parrulla anitfashiste vazhdojnë të ngrihen lart.

English Synopsis: The anti-fascist movement wakes up also the children. With the help of their teacher they think to write slogans in the kites for all the people in order to not allow the fascists to wipe them. The fascists discover the slogans and they wound one of the children but the kites with the anti-fascists slogans continue to rise up.
